Placed an online order Friday evening for a specialty pizza and 14 boneless chicken pieces. The order presumably is printed out to be fulfilled. When it arrived, it was incorrect. They sent 14 spicy chicken wings. Called to ask for the correct order. First time was disconnected. Called again & was offered a store credit. I needed the actual food which seemed to annoy the staff. When it was delivered, I returned the untouched wings (surprised they ever accepted them back but whatever.) I should have opened the box before the delivery person left - my mistake but wouldn't think it could be wrong a second time. Unfortunately, once again, it was wrong. Instead of the 14 I paid for, they sent 8. I had a bad experience 2 years ago & should have stuck with my gut feeling to never get food from this place again. The overpriced pizza was awful. The chicken pieces were all breading. Online ordering SHOULD simplify the process. It's really NOT rocket science to get a simple order correct. That said, mistakes do happen, but an attitude shouldn't be given to the customer & the expectations for getting it right a second time not out of line. I will NEVER order from here again. And would encourage others to use one of the many other good pizza places...

The manager explained I was the only one to ever complain about that... hmmmm. Maybe they haven't seen the other reviews on here. Well I asked if they lessened topping because of what the franchises expect on a pizza. She said they are not part of a franchise. Hmmm. I'm pretty sure dominos is a franchise business.. She offered to have my pizza redone.. However my daughter already started eating a slice with the minimal toppings.. So there was no way I could send back what I had ordered, which is not why I called. I wanted to know if the way they make the pizza is customary. However was told they are not part of a franchise and they never get complaints. Now I have been to other Dominos recently and they seem to not have this issue. Ownership/Management really needs to focus on the quality of the product they put out. Read moreI ordered a pizza tracked it on the app. It was made in 15 minutes and then they quality check for 40 minutes and then it got deliver in 20 minute. All together 1 hour and 15 minutes for the delivery. When it got to us the pizza was cold, you have to find the topping on the pizza, I paid extra for the toppings and wrong crust. They did a great job quality checking the pizza and when I called to complain I was put on hold without anyone listening to what I have to say, I waited 5 minutes and then hung up and called again someone picked up please hold and then another 5 minutes go by. I had to leave for work and the location is on my way so picked up the pizza and returned to the location. Asked for a refund did...
