I had an incident there on Saturday 11/16. I went to get my money out to pay for my coffee and my key fell off the counter and hit the metal table which wasn't pushed all the way back to the wall. My key fell down inside an uncovered drain. There were a customer he went to his car to come back with an old school wire clothes hanger to assist. Another customer advised me to go to Harbor Freight to purchase a magnetic tool to assist with getting my key out of the drain. He also stated the drains are suppose to be covered. The manager Christie was not concerned about what happened, she didn't try to help. Christie was very nonchalant about the incident. The three youngmen working that day were amazing trying to assist with getting my key out of the drain. I asked that Christie call a plumber she never said anything. Christie left the store without trying to assist or saying anything to me at all about this incident. I left my name and number and ask that Christie give me a call the next day.
11/17- I never heard anything from Christie. I went back to the store today Christie was gone. The employee working called her on the phone for me. Christie made excuses about why she didn't call me in regards to this incident. Christie stated that corporate will not tear up their floor to assist with getting my key out of their uncovered drain. It's not my fault the store has an uncovered drain. Christie and the owner are not decent people with no integrity. They are very unsensitive of their customers needs. Read moreThis location is horrible!!! This is the second encounter I have had with this manager. Awhile back, they got behind on orders. I was there for a good 30 minutes. Got halfway home and realized it was wrong. So I went back and went inside. There was another lady whose order was wrong as well. Well we were both nice about it, not upset and she snatched our bags from us and was rude. Then she was yelling at her employees like they were dogs. They were cussing her out in return in front of families and quite a few people. So today I go, and get my same order, the one I get almost every other day...well I had a punch card that you get the 7th free latte. So I get up to the window and she says you ordered coffee. I said no mam I order a latte, that's what the card says. She was rude about it and snatched my card, and was like well I guess I will give it to you. Then would not give me a new punch card. She said I don't know who or why they punched this for you. I looked at her and was like lady, you actually punched it a few times. She gets an attitude and started arguing with me. So she handed me my food order and closed the window. As I am waiting she opens it back up, she screamed what are you waiting on. And told her my latte. She starts screaming at her employees. The girl at the window hands me my latte and I have to honk my horn at them to give me some napkins. Just very rude and very unprofessional. You don't treat repeat customers like that. Read moreToday March 5th I asked for a large cool mint tea with 2 tea bags with lemon and sugar. The woman whom states she was the manager(sometime ago) hands me my tea WITHOUT lemon or sugar and only one bag! I give the cup back to the young man and he says the guy is cutting you lemon. After waiting 5 minutes because she had him handing out orders through the drive thru, she adds one lemon and sugar and STILL only one tea bag. After I open the cup and ask for the third time for a second teabag she tells the young man that they were out of teabags. Now I'm literally looking at 3 boxes of tea on the counter why?? Why lie to me making me feel like I'm bothering her for spending my money there. I purchased a box of tea and needless to say even though I work in the area 6days a week I will not be back. 630am its way too early to bicker with anyone especially while I'm spending my money.
