Starbucks — Restaurant in Lakeland

Barista's are polite and friendly. The store is cosy and neat. Excellent customer service for every barista. Me and my husband go here almost every week. One day, we went here to grab a hot beverage during lunch time. My husband was wearing his US Navy uniform, this is the first time we went here in his uniform since he still going back to work right after. A young man with glasses was the one who is taking our order, before placing our order. He thanked my husband and I for serving the country. He is so kind and generous to give my husband a free beverage for being in the military. And he said that being in the military family is hard and he salute's all the military. We were so happy and thanking him with the free beverage. It made our day since its been a long day for us. We just got here back in the states from being stationed overseas. It's so good to be back and got to experience good deeds like this one. I wish i can remember his name. Please do recognize him and all the barista working here as well. Thank you for doing a great job.

Also, i commend this store for having barista's with tattoo.. its nice to see...

Location: Lakeland 64 and Fletcher Atmosphere: The music was so loud, I had to shout to be heard... this is asinine. And clearly, the barista couldn't hear me because she really didn't get the order correct. Service: rated 1 star see above Food: The coffee... I ordered a grande HOT Caramel Macchiato with an extra shot of caramel. It sure didn't taste like an extra shot of Caramel was added, even after stirring it very well. Also ordered a grande HOT Mocha with non-fat milk. I asked if she could steam it a some because I like my coffee really hot. Neither one of the coffees was hot. In fact, they were barely lukewarm. We arrived at 5:37 AM. There were no cars in the drive thru and no customers in the store, so there was no excuse for not getting my order right. The coffee was disgusting, and considering the price of $11.96 for 2 coffees (yes, they are considered specialty coffees), I won't be back. 7-ELEVEN has better coffee than what this Starbucks...

Made an order at Starbucks, the ice matcha latte. Was so excited for the drink, because I had been thinking about it. Got to the window and they gave me my drink looking like this! Without mixing it properly, and not thinking about remaking it. The girl who handed me the drink didn’t say anything. Just gave the drink and walked away. I waited at the drive thru window, wanting to ask them to remake it. But she never came to the window so I drove off. Usually, they’re always good at mixing the powder. But today, they’re having a bad day I assume. The next time I see my drink like this, I will stay at the window asking them to remake me another one. This tastes very bad, bitter and no kind of sweetness. Look at the clumps they left behind in my drink. Got home and emptied it down the kitchen sink. If you don’t like your job,...
