Hardee's — Restaurant in Lakeland

Overall experiences at this specific dining facility have been far from enjoyable. Every word of this is true. I've witnessed 3 people quit on the spot. One girl screamed when she got to her car after colorfully conveying her resignation. I watched an employee fight a customer in the parking lot. The way the Hardee's champion fought could only be learned from years of employment in front of a Waffle House griddle. My food is frequently missing ingredients and usually appears to have been one of the unbreakable visitors imprisoned at Guantanamo Bay prior to being forced into the bag against it's will. The employees that continue to muscle through yet another shift are always rude and dismissive. God forbid you have to return in an attempt to have a mistake rectified. The complaint will usually have you questioning your actions out of fear of what "extra toppings" may accompany the replacement sandwich. Overall, though I had enjoyed watching brawl in the the parking lot, nearly every experience has been absolutely terrible. Living in a small town, this is the only option within 15 miles. But after today's visit, I'll happily star in the leading role of a UNICEF documentary...

I come here on a regular basis, because I get alot better service here and to me, I think that the food here is alot better than McDonald's. McDonald's here in Lakeland has a very high turnover with their employees and really don't need to be working in the drive thru's talking to the Customer's due to their attitude But at this Hardee's , I'm yet to have a bad experience. The food is always cooked per order , with no " pre-cooked" hamburger patties and if you decide to walk in the store, you will find that they keep the store clean, including the bathroom. On average, from the time that I place my order at the speaker out back, you drive to the p/u window and pay for your food. Average time is 5 minutes from when you place your order and...

Went to the Ray City Hardee's, got the double monster burger combo, asked for a chocolate milk shake instead of a soda, and was denied because they didn't have lids, REALLY!?!?!. A prefect meal wrecked for not having a "REQUIRED" lid so sell a milk shake. I even said I'll accept spill responsibility. NO GO. Oh well, off to the Ray City McDonalds to see if they have milk shakeS ( they never do.). OMG McDonald's saves the day! They had chocolate milk shakes. I forgot my wife's Hardee's order, so back to Hardee's. Ordered a 3 piece chicken nugget meal with onion rings. Had a different server, told her McDonald's sold me a chocolate milkshake, and the problem I had earlier, she said next time if I have a problem ask for Jasmine....
