The only reason I'm giving this 2 stars is because everyone was very apologetic, and when I say everyone I mean the only two employees working on a Sunday afternoon at the beginning of lunch... Im actually still waiting for my food while I am writing this review... I waited in the drive-through line for roughly 30 minutes before they asked me to pull up after only receiving my drinks at the window. The line is beginning to wrap-around me as I wait at the front door for my food that I ordered a little over 30 minutes ago.. The car that was behind me in the drive-through is still at the window and it looks like everything is at a standstill..... Honestly if I wouldn't have promised my two small children a Mini hamburger which they think is awesome as they are 3 and 2 i would have already gotten my money back and left to go somewhere else. Since I started writing this review and pulled around to the front door waiting on my food another 15 minutes has passed.... absolutely ridiculous!!!! I'm still writing my review as I'm waiting for my food it is now been a total of 45 minutes I've been waiting just sitting out side of the front door someone just pop their head out and told me it would be another 10 minutes before my food was ready so I am now changing to a one star... Since I pulled to the front another vehicle also was asked to pull to the front but 5 people through the drive-through have been served so I do not understand why I have waited 45 minutes for my order.... I'm extremely upset and probably will never visit this location again and will definitely spread the word about the terrible service. You would think that with me waiting over 45 minutes they would at least offer a small discount on my next visit or maybe even a free small French fry or something....
5 days later I see that the owner of krystal did write me back on my review.. However my husband and I have been watching this post because we saw that the owner replies back to the reviews he gets on his store and we noticed he bypassed my badd review and commented on two other good reviews before he finally commented on mine... One more thing I would like to point out is that my husband called the store the day of the incident after I had left and spoke to a the manager miss Maria .. He questioned her on why I did not receive a receipt for my purchase suggesting the only reason they did not wanna give me one is because it is time stamped on when I actually placed my order for food and they did not want me to have proof I was there for over 45 minutes..
And in response to the owner. I will never visit this location again! I can see why you have a " now hiring"...
Read moreThis is my second review, the first was placed thru the "rate system" given on the receipt and I have yet to hear anything back. The service is horrible. I am not sure if they have a contract with a "welfare to work program" but the employees look and act like they are in recovery for substance abuse. They have no sense of customer service, human resources or work ethnics. There is always a 10 -20 min wait for ANYTHING! The orders are never correct. My last experience there was horrible! The young woman at the window got loud with me because I made changes to my order, the manager was standing right by her when I pulled around to the window, I didn't even bother to complain because if the manager is standing there and NOT correcting the behavior what is the purpose of saying anything because it was obviously ok with her! I wait the customary 15 minutes for the order. I drive a coupe and had 3 drinks, no drink carrier. I asked the manager for a drink holder and was told to pull back around in the line because she didn't want to walk back out! When I did I had to wait behind another car so I checked my order while waiting and it was wrong! Still had to wait for them to correct it and I didn't get anything that looked like an apology or empathy. Poor training, bad work ethnic, horrible customer service. Read moreCame today for lunch with my son. The outside looks good but the inside reminds me of an ugly woman with deceitful makeup on. The service was slow, and people were more concerned with taking breaks than taking orders. Didn't get a receipt. Dined in, I hated it but stayed for sake of lunch with son. The tables along the wall were crooked, the bench seats move. Someone sitting behind me talking on phone with feet in booth kept shaking us. This place seemed more like a hangout for almost homeless people than a restaurant. Seating made me feel claustrophobic with limited seats away from hangout groups. The food sucked! The burgers are lighter than cardboard and the pictures are very deceitful. Taste horrible like the frozen White Castle burgers you buy from a gas station freezer. Ordered 6 Krystals and ate 2, son ate one and we trashed the drinks and fries. Couldn't wait to leave. I feel bad they spent all that money on a remodel and yet in my eyes they are complete failures. They didnt need the second drive thru screen because the window is still slow and they will ask you to pull up or around even for small orders! I really hope when this place close, they put a Burger King here. How can you offer cheap meal deals but push out garbage? Total FAIL BTW.... Absolutely Hell NO we will...
