The first KFC/Taco Bell fast-food combo I've seen so far. They are two very different food choices under the same roof. They share everything, including staff, cash registers, dine-in options, beverage machine, and condiment/supply station. Not positive about cooking stations, (but from where I stood as a customer to place/pick up my order) it looked as if they prepair each company's food separately. KFC food was being prepaired on one side of the kitchen with their company menu, displaying their company logo, colors and food items. And Taco Bell food was being prepaired on the other side with their company menu, logo, colors and food. (*Not positive about all that. Just my observation on several occasions. I didn't ask how it worked, it just looked that way) However, you can order food from Both menus at the same time, in one ticket order, from the same register, one bill/payment. Fast and easy. Staff was friendly each visit. KFC was Always delicious and tasted just like you expect it to. I've tried different items from Taco Bell and never liked any of it. It wasn't absolutely terrible, but it tasted Nothing like an actual Taco Bell only facility. Didn't taste fresh, actually kinda stale/old like it sit out all day, dried up, bland and not as flavorful as you normally expect from them. Over all, it's good enough that I still go there.....for the chicken. The only real complaint I ever have is the fact you will wait twice as long if you dine-in. Even if there is not One single car in drive-thru or a car pulls up a good 5 minutes after I already ordered and they STILL will be served before I will. What I love best about that 2-in-1 location is the fact that staff are willing to exchange out any item you want. Example: I have gotten a small side salad instead of the cookies that came with my meal. Another time same meal but I exchanged the cookies again for a small Mac-n-cheese. And they did Not charge more to do it. But, if you get a meal with a drink and ask for a milkshake or specialty drink instead of what comes with the meal, that's a little...
Read moreOn 7/8/25, we had a horrible experience at this KFC location. We went through the drive-thru and ordered a 12-piece bucket of chicken. When our family of 5 sat down to eat, we realized there were only six pieces in the bucket, half of what we paid for.
We immediately called the restaurant to address the issue. The manager, Keisha, was extremely rude and unprofessional. She repeatedly talked over us, refused to listen, and insisted that no 12-piece buckets had been made during her shift. When we mentioned we had a receipt to prove the order, she dismissively told us to "bring the food and the receipt." We explained we had already eaten the six pieces that were given, and again, she repeated the same thing in a very disrespectful tone.
When we arrived back at the restaurant around 9:15PM the lobby was locked, and we couldn’t get through by phone because the line just rang busy. We had no choice but to go back through the drive-thru. When we spoke to Keisha again, her attitude hadn’t changed. She was still rude, talking over us, and acting like we were trying to scam them. She even accused us of not telling the truth and questioned why we didn’t count the chicken before driving away, something most people don’t expect to have to do.
Eventually, she did give us the missing six pieces, but her tone was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional throughout the entire interaction. Read moreWhen we arrived, the restaurant was completely packed, inside & out. I understand that this is typical for a fast food joint around dinner time, but the service we received was hands down THE WORST that I've ever received! The kid taking our order, FAILED to inform us that they were out of dark meat BEFORE ringing up & charging us for meal combos that included dark meat entrees. He didn't even hand me the cup for my drink, he just put it on the counter & walked away! Comes back 10 minutes later with only 1 of the 3 meals ordered, calls out our order # (as if it were our entire order that's ready to go), places it on the counter w/out handing it to either 1 of us AND AGAIN WALKS AWAY to start working on another customer order!! When we finally get his attention, ONLY THEN does he tell us that they're out of dark meat & that it would be another 15 minutes (had already been there 30min+ at this point), but only after arguing about our order & receipt with my companion.
