KFC — Restaurant in Lakeland

Today was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant and unfortunately it was your fine branch establishment located on Memorial Blvd in Lakeland FL. I called down ahead of time and asked if they had pot pies in stock because they frequently run out when I show up. The restaurant confirmed that they had pot pies in stock but when I ordered in the drive thru line, I was informed they were out. While changing my order I had to repeat myself 3-4 times as the window associate (Tony) was too busy talking to another coworker instead of listening to my order. When I got up to the window to pay he hadn’t separated my order as I requested (I had several orders for my coworkers as well) at the order screen. When I asked him to please split my order he responded, " I’m going to f*g strangle you". This wasn’t told to me in a joking way (which wouldn’t excuse behavior regardless) and it made me very upset that your associate was comfortable enough to say something like that to a customer. After I paid, he threw my card at me and continued to be nasty to me. I realize that you can’t control the many thousands of employees that work for your corporation, but someone needs to seriously control Tony. All I wanted was a tasty potpie, instead, I ended up with some overly fried and greasy drumsticks, and a possible death-threat. Thank you...

I don't like giving bad reviews generally. However after multiple times of trying to order from this location and running into issues, I felt I needed to say. Hopefully the management will take steps to improve. First, they do not keep to the stated hours on the store. I have placed orders for KFC through the app, and charged, only to be told when I arrived that they canceled my order. Then it was a 5 day back and forth to get my refund. When going midday, it appears that there microphone system doesn't work because I sat there for 5 minutes before I had to call out to them. When I finally got to the window, I asked the manager if he knew I had even been sitting there. His answer was no and I told him there was a line of 5 cars behind me just waiting. His response was that he has to call them.out to fix that every week, and then walked away. I know it's convenient to go to this location but after so many disappointing visits, I will...

Just don’t go here. Please make the drive and go somewhere else. I got pulled up, they completely left out my kids meal. I spent $35 on food and had to go back once I got home to get my kids meal, and then told me they were out of Mac and cheese which is what made me decide to even go through there. My husbands chalupa did not have any meat in it at all, and was burned. They get paid $15 an hour to get stoned behind a dumpster and screw up every single order they make. Just don’t go here. It’s literally not even worth it. They have one hard working goth manager running around cleaning up after her idiotic team members messes and it’s awful. Get this chick some real help or at leash slash some of the prices if every meal is going to not only be wrong, but be complete...
