Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Lakeland

I placed an online order, and received an email about 10 minutes after saying it was ready in the portal. I went inside only to discover half my order was ready. I informed the spanish chubby cashier girl that I was missing part of my order, and her nonchalant response was “It’ll be ready in 5 minutes.” So, eventually 5 minutes went by and I still have not received the rest of my order.

Fast forwarding after a couple of minutes passed by my order was up, the cashier girl decided to finish up my order despite there was a crowd full of people who had not placed an order yet or was simply just waiting on it.

And when I looked at my Italian cheese bread sticks she drenched it in some sauce and put too much seasoning on one side. I’m not sure if she may have done something to my food. Then when I asked to speak with someone else to fix it this white older male with dirty fingernails and hands was upset with me because I was asking for part of my order that I’ve been waiting on to be fix.

Bottom line, it’s understandable if a place is understaff and have too many orders to fulfill. But do not take it out on the customers, and show no sense of urgency.

Communication was lacking from everyone in there, no one seem to know what was going on pertaining to why orders was saying it was ready and they weren’t, why they was taking to long, and especially why parts of people orders was ready and not the whole orders.

Everyone just seem not to care and slow. Disappointing considering without us customer you will...

We ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas and Italian cheesebread and waited 30 minutes! when asking about our food the cashier got really rude and then told me I wasn't allowed to have my service animal. I told her she could give me my food and I wouldn't be there at all and that I find it hard to believe I wasn't allowed my service animal. She continued to be rude and said she was going to get the manager so I said, please do. Manager came out and said no service animals allowed as per the GM- I again restated that I find that very hard to believe since it's a federal law. I got the regional supervisor on the phone who confirmed what I already knew that I am allowed my service animal and he had no idea why they would say that. To make matters worse the manager in the store was trying to tell me to "scoot my chair over" about a foot so I would be sitting in the corner, when I was already in the chair at the farthest end of the store, then he stood there waiting as if I was going to move the chair down! I asked if he could just get my food so I could leave. Other customers were waiting just to order food while the girl was busy talking with friends. A lady came in about 20 minutes after us and ordered the exact same thing and they gave it right to her! Noone in the store even bothered to apologize for the long delay in our food! Worst customer service experience...

I don’t like leaving reviews but todays service was horrible, I walked in around 5:00pm and the 2 girls in the front were having a conversation, they both saw me and kept talking to each other (they were talking about nothing that had to do with work) when they finally stoped, one of them came over to me and didn’t even say hi she just waited for me to start talking, then walked away in the middle of me telling her my order. Then the other girl came up to me while still talking to the one that walked away from me and completed my order. She told me it will be 20 minutes for me to get the pizza and I said ok. While waiting I saw that they did the same thing to the other customers that came in after me, having conversations with each other and cursing while they were talking, laughing and having a good time, I don’t mind that at all but they were completely ignoring the customers. When I got home with my pizza my order was completely wrong and there was a big spot in the middle that was missing cheese. This has been the worst experience I’ve had at this little Ceasers so far. I noticed that they were all young kids working and all of them were having a good time with each other but running there work place...
