McDonald's — Restaurant in Lakeland

Place is a JOKE! This isn't the first time they have terribly messed up, but this time - this time was just lazy incompetent workers, and I'm guessing a shift leader who has issues when customers complain about wrong orders.

We ordered a McGriddle, a sausage burrito, a coke, and an orange juice. We were given our drinks and told to pull up front to wait for our order to be brought out. 25 minutes later, we are still waiting so I walk in and ask for our food, - our 2 items. The shift leader said, "the girl came out with your food and said you were not out there". I replied that "we were in the jacked up truck, how could you miss us"? The person I was speaking to, all slack-jawed said to me "well what do you want"? I said "my food". She said "well we ain't serving breakfast no more". I told her "that was not my problem, I've paid for my food, my BREAKFAST - and if the employees actually DID the jobs they were being PAID to do, we wouldn't be having this issue". That lady about broke her neck she leaned so far over the register - telling me "don't you be getting rude with me, I didn't get rude with you. Now what do you want off the lunch menu"? I told her I didn't want anything just my money back.

As I'm standing there waiting on a manager to come out to refund my money, a man walks up to the counter, I hear him explaining that what he ordered, and what he got was 2 entirely different things. And then, 2 ladies were standing against the wall waiting on their food. When they got their food they checked their order, and guess what - things were missing from it.

This McDonald's has a LONG HISTORY of doing this over and over. PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDERS BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!! And if you are ask to pull up front, to wait for your food, watch the time. Hold them...

Rarely in all my years have ever been treated with such obvious disregard as the employees at this McDonald's have treated me. I had a mobile order so we pulled into curbside, my order was a Frappe. After about 7 minutes I started wondering why a empty McDonald's was taking so long to make a frappe, I walked in to enquire the lead cashier refused to meet my eyes and my existence, then the drive thru manager looked me in the eye and walked away as I was making my enquiry, then a manager asked if she could help me v and then informed me that my order was be being attended to, I said I had been there by awhile and she said they were working on it and went about her business, I assumed that meant I should leave her alone and wait for my frappe so I went back to the truck after another 3 or 4 minutes my friend goes in to ask about my drink and finds the frappe sitting on the counter made but just sitting there. He picked it up at 6:20 my order was processed at 6:07. The length of time though lengthy was forgivable with an explanation and maybe an apology, but I felt so completely unimportant in that whole exchange, I was more of a nuisance then I...

Breakfast is ok. There's a 50/50 chance of it being warm. Never hot. Drive through is extremely slow, no matter the time of day or how many people are in line. Lunch and dinner times are even worse. You always have to wait on something, so they ask you to pull forward into one of their drive through waiting spots(so they can keep those good drive through times up!)where you easily wait 20 minutes for the food, where someone will casually walk out, say nothing, hand you the food and leave. One time, after waiting the usual 20 minutes, my husband went in to complain, where he was met by an employee ready to fight him because she said he was lying about waiting 20 minutes! The person at the second window where you pick up the food really doesn't even look at you, let alone speak to you. The service and quality of food drastically declined in the last several months.
