Bad experience that just kept getting worse. This location has been going down hill in quality and service for a while now, but after tonight i will find a different place. Ordered a couple of pizzas and a soda and after 2 hours i had to call them to see where it was. Put on hold. 10 minutes goes by, and i hang up. Called back and young guy answered said they were busy but door dash just picked up the order. An hour later still havent received food, i called back and was put on hold again by an older guy this time and was on hold 15 mins before hanging up and calling back. Someone picked up then hung up on me. Called back again young man from earlier answers and said that they already canceled my order and were sending free pizza my way. I told him to not bother i would refuse it since we already ate by then being more that 3 hours later. 30 mins later a driver shows up with 2 free pizzas that i didnt accept, partially because it wasnt the whole order, and it was 3 1/2 hours later. Read moreThe store is good. I highly recommend calling the store directly rather than using the app to order food. I waited 20 minute before heading to the store to pick up our food. When I arrived was told they couldn't find the order. I showed them my confirmation number to prove the order was at the right store. They immediately started preparing the food. As I sat down to wait Papa John's corporate office called in my order. When questioned was told this is common on the weekend. It seems they system cannot handle as many orders it was receiving. Don't use the app on the weekend. Call the store directly until they upgrade the system. If you don't get the email from Papa John's....don't head to the store as they get the order the same time as the email. Read moreExtremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience at Papa John’s. I placed an order through their app, and it was marked as “delivered” by a driver named Mark, yet no food ever arrived at my address. I waited, checked around, and confirmed there was no delivery.
Immediately after, I called the store several times to report the issue, but no one answered — not once. There was no communication, no follow-up, and absolutely no support. I was left with no food, no explanation, and no way to get help.
This is completely unacceptable from a company of this size. Taking customers’ money without delivering the product, then refusing to answer calls, shows a total lack of care and responsibility. I expect a full refund and serious improvements to your customer service and delivery process.
