Wendy's — Restaurant in Lakeland

We pulled up and I ordered my usual and the girl who was taking orders repeated it back and at the end added “and a small tea” and I just said “no tea, we didn’t say anything about tea” it was calm and we didn’t get upset or anything but the girl apparently got upset because when we pulled up to the 2nd window she told the guy to tell use “to pull up and wait at the door” and there no one behind us but we pulled up and waited at the door and the guy brings our food out and we asked him “whats that girls name” and he said “why” and we just said “we just need her name” and he replied “I’m not gonna give it to you” and went straight back inside so we called the store and asked to speak to the manager who was the one who answered the phone so we talked to her about the girl and the guy and asked for their names and she didn’t want to give them when we asked her name she didn’t give it and then we asked about who her manager was and she said she didn’t have one and she had a supervisor who only worked during the day and was named Lonnie and when we asked for her name the 2nd time she just hung up on us. I go to Wendy’s everyday after getting off work because it’s close and on the way home and I’ve never been gotten treated so rudely by...

The young boy in the drive-through named apron said Jesse but the receipt says Jared He does not fit the job you have put him in. I asked for a burrito. with light potatoes, he said they come premade you can take them off. Basically refused wanted to argue with me and not do as I asked I said that’s strange. Any other Wendy’s I asked them to do this and they do it. He said he was not gonna argue with me about my food. This dude is gonna have a lot of problems everywhere he tries to get a job. Y’all need to hire a better people to handle this stuff better customer service is terrible at this location. I will not spend my money here. I suggest you save yours and give it to a place that appreciates your business. The food I threw it out the window. It was terrible. This Wendy’s is the worst. They didn’t even give me a sausage burrito. It was bacon total incompetence. spoke with the manager he claims they are premade and the only thing that you can take off of the burrito is cheese, which is bull crap because I’ve done it 100 times I’ve lost my taste for this burrito and...

Tonite 1/1/23. This is the 5th encounter I have had with the most ruuuuudust managers at this location. Ordered a bacontator meal. Asked for fresh. I said will wait. Got to window and they already the meal. That's a matter of 40 seconds from. Paying at window to pick up window. Explaimed very nicely that's noty order asked for all fresh. For $12.83 better be fresh Young lady says oh it fresh said no it's not . I explained said will wait for fresh Asked me to pull up front. Pulled up front young lady brought meal out 30 seconds later. .

Said that not fresh . She said oh yes it is. Looked inbag it's oooooold. Took inside and again this is the 5th time going up against this young manager. Said this isn't fresh yes it is. Went to cash register gave me back $ and told me to leave.

I'm a sales manager for over 25 years. I would fired her in a heart beat.
