Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Lakeland

I went to Zaxby's on Highway 64 in Lakeland, TN and attempted to redeem a code from a previous visit at a different location. However, I was unable to do so because the assistant manager, Omeika, did not know how to redeem my code even after consulting with her general manager. Omeika appeared confused when entering my order and had to ask another associate for help. The assistant manager was also rude and unwilling to take my order. It was only after I explained that I would make a purchase regardless of whether I could redeem my code or not that Omeika went to the back and said something to the cook before returning to the register.

After waiting for a while, my order was ready, and Omeika checked my order with her back turned to me before putting it in separate bags. I asked Omeika to go over each item to ensure that my order was correct and that no dairy had been added to one of the items. However, Omeika ignored me and instead asked one of her associates to hand her the phone. Despite my attempts to get her attention, Omeika called the police and falsely accused me of harassing her.

The cook in the back then began to yell and make threatening gestures towards me, making me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. One of the female associates eventually helped me confirm my order, but it was not until after I had left the restaurant that I realized it was incorrect.

I have since filed a complaint with Zaxby's corporate and will not patronize any Zaxby's restaurant, especially not this location on Highway 64 in Lakeland, TN. I strongly advise others not to patronize this...

This I the worst Zaxbys I have ever been to! OVER half of the time, they are out of something. Go to the Germantown Parkway Zaxby's instead. I actually have to drive out of my way to go to the other Zaxbys, but it's worth it to me, because I wasted so much of my time going to this Zaxbys and them being out of something, that I gave up on them. They apparently don't need business too badly, so I gave it to the other Zaxby's instead. Here are the items they have been out of at various times when I was there: Coke- 5 times, Sprite- 2 times, Bacon- 7 times, Bread- 2 times, ketchup- 2 times. I eat at Zaxby's once or twice a week and I always get the club basket and a coke, so when it turns out that they are out of toast, bacon, and coke, you can see how this would be a problem. The last time it happened was one week ago. I had stopped going there, but just happened to be really close, I decided to go anyways. I go up to the front, order the club basket, start to pay and then stop and decide to double check that they are not out of anything related to my order and she was like "well, actually, we are out of bacon..." I left and drove to the other Zaxbys where I thoroughly enjoyed my club sandwhich with bacon on it. So... buyer beware. Avoid this Zaxby's if at all possible. The one on Germantown Pkwy is not that far and...

I love zaxbys much!!!!!!!!😍😍😍😍 October 21 2020 around noon I bought a grilled chicken Cobb salad and 5 hot wings. Later this evening I drove back to get my favorite sandwich the cajun club and a medium coke. I was distracted because my car kept stalling so I wanted to hurry home before it completely broke down on me and I recieved my sandwich n coke and drove all the way to airways Blvd at a gas station and realized I didn't recieve my change. I called them and explained what happened. Thank you to the manager on duty tonight for allowing me to return and get my change because I has been gone for an hour already. I drove all the way back for the $11.01. The manager deserves a raise. And the two coworkers of her's deserve it too. They were professional, helpful, and polite. Thank you ladies. I ate well today and I made it home without running out of gas and that 11.01 was all I had left and you all made my day so very special and one to remember. Thank you God bless you.
