Me and my girlfriend visited this store for dinner. We ordered two bowls with all the toppings, I opened the app to scan an pay with my debit card. While still standing there at the register i noticed that a reward popped up for a free cup of guacamole. I turned back to the cashier and asked if it was to late to grab this reward too. I didnt know I had the reward , it just popped up on the app. The cashier (Sarah was her name) asked if i would like it in a cup or a bowl. I showed the picture of the reward on my phone, pointed at the picture and said what ever this is here. I waited for my food while my girlfriend found a table. When i got my food bag, I didnt see the guacamole, i told that same cashier ( Sarah) that I didnt recieve my reward. Right at that moment she turned very combative and rude, raising her voice and tells me that I said to take the guacomole off the bowls. This was never the case, but regardless it wouldnt of been a big deal if that what she did. She storms off to get a cup of guacamole again raising her voice and saying "I'll give you the guacamole this time but you said you wanted the reward off the bowl". At this point I told her thats not what I said and either way you dont have to be rude about it. I grabbed the food and walked over where my girlfriend was sitting down alone, we were the only two people eating in that area. About a minute after i sit down that same cashier, came right behind us, opened and slammed close all the concessions door repeatly, pulled out the napkin dispensers and slammed them against the wall where they were they were originally sitting, over and over again. Then she grabbed a mop and wiped the floor at us as fast as she could from about two feet away from either side of me and my girlfriend. Purposely Splashing water towards us, then slams the mop against the wall. The manically does the same thing with a wet rag on the bench top where we were eating at. Swirling old food towards us from either direction. My girlfriends a pretty shy person, i look over and she huddling towards my shoulder bright red faced, and asks me what is wrong with this person? Why is she acting like this. Like I mentioned previously my my girlfriend went to find us a table when this cashier had the fit at the check out counter in front of a bunch of other customers. After she scared my girlfriend, that was where I drew the line. I Called customer service to make a complaint. There solution was to cover our meal for the "inconvience". Thanks but keep your free food. I made a police report with Lakemoor Police Department, Ill purse this in my own way. Even though I thought I had used the app and indicated what ingredients I wanted (what I usually order in person) it was far from what I am used to. I got to finally use my double meat reward points and you can only do that through the app. I thought I'd try their pick up lane today.

Here's what I got 2x Guajillo steak ✅️ 3x amount of White Rice❌️ 2x Black Beans❌️ Two leaves of lettuce❌️ Three slices of fajita peppers❌️ A sprinkle of corn❌️ Normal portion of cheese✅️ Queso side✅️ Ramekin of Normal Tabasco❌️
Normally this would cost $21.95! Using my reward (700 points) and a free queso promo (Queso22) it came to $13.54. I asked for a side of plastic silverware on the app instructions. Not in there. No napkins either.
I asked for smoked (darker) Tabasco twice in the pick up window, and was handed regular, even though I asked the employee are you sure... I don't like being a a-hole having worked in food service, and retail. It's quite frustrating when you're used to a product and recieve something other than what you wanted, and ordered quite clearly in their own app. 😕 If I wanted just steak, rice and beans I'd be over the moon, but alas... if paid full price for this I would be really mad.

Read moreThis order was delivered after a $66.00 order was placed through Grub Hub for Chipotle in Lakemoor, Illinois. After delivery (which was early), it was immediately clear that the food was inedible. The steak was badly burnt. The queso was so thick and lumpy that you can see a toothpick and a chip standing upright in the photo.
I made several attempts to call Chipotle to complain, and it was clear they didn’t intend to answer their phone. So I called their “customer service” line where I spoke with a less than helpful person who told me to call the delivery company about my burnt food and oatmeal consistency queso, which I did.
Grubhub, who is always great to work with, refunded my $66.
But Chipotle missed the point. THEY are responsible for losing a regular customer. THEY are the ones who have atrocious customer service. I hold THEM accountable. Not Grub Hub, who delivered my food early.
SHAME ON YOU CHIPOTLE!!! You’ve lost a good customer. This location USED to be the BEST! Never again.

And fought with your annoying, won’t take no for an answer “customer support” AI bot called “Pepper”.
