I gave up on this location. The quality & service is just too inconsistent, they don’t seem to care when they mess up your order which is about 25% of the time. I used to eat there 3-4 days a week, 2x a day, breakfast & diner. I had to drive back just one too many times because they put one burger patty on my double burger & don’t seem to care. Bye bye forever carls Jr. You used to be great. Too many misleading corporate lies like your biscuits & gravy advertisement that shows multiple biscuits with gravy and says the word biscuits (plural). When you ask they tell you its one biscuit for a ridiculous price, which should be the start of a class action lawsuit. I wont bother trying another location either. Pretty simple 2 Milkshake order. Nobody in the drive thru. Waited to order for about 10min and I can see the workers inside not doing anything, just standing around talking. I finally say “Hello” no response. Couple mins later “hello” they say “we’ll be right with you”. Couple mins later they take my order. I pull up to the window and there was one car waiting for there food. They must have been waiting a while also. They finally get their food and I pull up to the window and sit there staring at the employee sending an essay text to somebody (longer message then this review). She text for about 5 min while I sat there. She finally takes my payment and goes “let me go make those cause nobody has”. This just opened and I got the mystery gift card thing in the mail because I live close by, which is already sort of insulting since it can be $1 up to $100, but it got me to try it. Mine was $2, whatever.

So my partner and I got a couple combos, a double guacamole bacon angus and California double. Noticed they were super cold after a 1 minute drive home, so went to put them in the toaster and noticed my premium sandwich had literally 2 tomato skins on it! That feels insulting as a first time customer at a brand new qsr. Also, just two of the less good fast food burgers I’ve had overall. Cold and really dry. The fried zuchini were good, and nothing really wrong with the chocolate milkshake.
