Lakeside Pho — Restaurant in Denver

This is the worse Pho I ever been to. The stuff was polite in the beginning so I give it a two ⭐⭐. But what comes after you pay is another story. I ordered Veggie egg rolls, they looked good from the outside but inside the Dow wasn't cook and it was a fresh dhoe. Which means that they were frozen trowed to fry. From the moment I order to the moment they bring me the noodles soop it took 40 minutes!!!! But the bad surprise didn't finish here. I ordered a small veggie bowl 🍜. It was mainly noodles and almost no broth. There was 2 colly flowers small chunks, 2 small chunks of brokoli, and 4 green edamame been. 3 very thin sliced millimeter transparent carrot. This was completely crude- no cooked at all. There was a a bit of green outside, but within seconds the broth was absorb by the noodles- and I was left with this dry bowel. So dry that it wasn't something I was able to eat. So I decided to order a side of broth to correct the fact that they didn't bring it with the soup 🍲 as usual. I went and asked, the dude charge me 3.24 for the broth!!! Well I was hoping that I would have it. After 5-7 minutes the girl bring me a side boul with noodles!!! Simply because the guy who charged me was way too avid so he charged me for noodles!!!! She said that she was giving me the broth FOR FREE THIS TIME! Visibly irritated with showing me that I am not welcome. I asked how long it will take, because I waited really long time for the soup and it wasn't even busy. She said not long. After 10 minutes she bring me a boul of something like tee. It has this color and tested like tee, and inside of it was 2 small chunks of some kind of meet!!! I actually try it and tested like a very salted tee. I decided to leave. Just this is not something that I would like to experience again, nor I would advise to anyone I care for to go. Just...

Talk about horrible customer service and literally sickening food. We ordered from here yesterday and both got horrible food poisoning (it was the only thing we ate yesterday). Up all night with diarrhea and cold sweats. We called today to let them know about the food poisoning and hoping for at the very least an apology or a partial refund. We were told that they had to speak to the owner and would call us back. Hours later no call back so we called them. They had spoken to the owner and said that no one else complained so they won't do anything (not even an apology or a call back like they promised). When we asked if we could speak to the owner they said they don't know her schedule or when she'll be in. Absolutely appalling. It's not like it was even an expensive order, just a $20 order placed by two new hopeful customers. Besides what was stated above, the broth was bland and the large chicken pho doesn't come with more than a shaving of chicken. Very disappointed. First and last time ever coming here. Hopefully the owner is willing to reach out to us instead of avoiding the people they poisoned. At this point they clearly have no pride in their business or standards. Should...

I ordered raw steak pho for delivery. The delivery was done via a bicycle courier. It’s January and 22 degrees outside. Raw steak pho is supposed to cook in the hot broth. This is a real issue when the broth arrives at or below room temperature and is seriously dangerous. I called the restaurant and informed them of the issue and asked to speak with a manager. I was told the manager was unavailable but I would get a call back, which I did. The lady informed me I needed to take up my issue with Uber, not the restaurant as the restaurant gets paid from Uber. I get the manager was probably thinking we can’t refund this customer because we’ll have to fight w Uber to get our money back. However, you choose your delivery partners, not me. Needless to say, there’s other really good Pho places in this neighborhood so I’ll be spending my money at restaurants other than Lakeside Pho.

Update on this - Uber wouldn't do anything as they said Lakeside Pho did not package the meal correctly. Now I'm out $30...
