Subway — Restaurant in Lakeside

I visited the subway inside the Walmart off of harlen and 44th ave. In Lakeside, Co. I was ordering and from the begging the older Hispanic lady that cleaned to be the manager was very rude. I looked over it. I asked for a club sandwich. She didn’t ask if I wanted it toasted she threw it in with my partner’s sandwich that was toasted and I simply said “oh no not mine toasted.” She started cussing and saying I should have told her way before and I was explaining how cold cuts are not automatically toasted unless instructed to. Then she went off on me saying I’ve worked here 15 years I know better than you so I said nevermind I’ll go somewhere else. She then proceeded to call me a syke. I said excuse me. She said you’re not ever coming in here again lesbian. I look homosexual it’s clear that I am. Then she would not remake because I am gay. That was totally uncalled for. Was just treated so rudely by the old lady working. At 12:47pm I walked in on my lunch break from work. Prime time lunch period and there was nobody out front. I look around the corner to the back area and see the lady. She just looks at me and says "I'm on break. I'm the only one here." I said "it's right in the middle of lunch and I am also on my limited break. Can you just make my one sandwich and then go back to your break?" with the worst attitude ever she continues telling me no. She actually wasn't on break. She was prepping food for the rest of the day. Absolutely no reason not to stop for 5 minutes to make my sandwich. So I reported her and the incident to the Walmart manager. Worst subway ever. Customer service was horrible lady up front was very rude…her tone of voice was very nasty. I’ll I asked for was cab I add on a churro and she stated she isn’t going back to make it that when she asked if that’s all I wanted I should’ve told her to add the churro….. any other location would have been okay to go make it…It’s not what you say it’s how you say it she was very rude and her and the gentleman up front went and talked very nasty about how I took long to place the order as if I wasn’t right there dining in. I work in a restaurant myself and that’s not how you should treat you guest. Definitely highly recommend to not go to this location customer service sucks and they should be trained differently.
