I would give them a zero if possible.The server and management is terrible at best.just ordered a simple spicy chicken sandwich for my sick girlfriend thru the drive thru I tried to place my order and the server keep on responded back with chicken sandwich.I corrected by saying spicy chicken sandwich three times .should check my order when I got it but thought at clarify my order three times thought they would be competent enough to figure out a simple order of a spicy chicken sandwich.I that wrong they gave the wrong order .When got home and realized I called the establishment and spoke with manager she said that I could come back out of my way again to get my correct order.I told her that I had somewhere to be and wasn't gonna have time to go back to Popeyes twice .Manger said that's fine she took my name down (supposedly)and said I could come back and get my correct order.I had a feeling that wasn't gonna be the case and when I returned couple days for my spicy chicken sandwich that I ordered and paid for I was correct.Some other supposedly Manger there had no clue what I was talking about and had no name or any kind documentation about the situation not only was she inprofessional but rude and aggressive and argued that I was telling the truth like I was a thief and was pulling some grand scene for a spicy chicken sandwich..ha...The only thieves are the people at this Popeyes for taking my money and my Time .I will never go to this Popeye!!!So if wasting your Money and time sounds appetizering this is...
Read moreFor being a fairly new establishment in our area you would expect better service. There was two workers which was a whole reason we were patient for 10 minutes or more in line. The lady was on the phone, wondering around on a personal call while she left the cook on his own. While she was on that personal call she must have not realized we speak Spanish. She told whomever was on her call that “they can wait” while she was laughing proceeding to her call and everything else besides all of us customers waiting. My husband spoke Spanish to her asking if she can tend to her customers instead of her phone. She started to take his order in Spanish but she was upset that he replied in English and didn’t respond back in Spanish. He proceeded to repeat himself in English, only because he spoke Spanish so she knew that he heard what she told the person on the phone. Order got made and he gets the food. The smallest pieces of chicken. Like was that on purpose? Place was dirty. If she’s going to walk around on personal calls and ignore customers then clean the place up. Read moreWent in the drive thru when I was the only one there and they forgot both of the sides of my meal. I didn't notice until I was home, but obviously I paid for two sides I want my two sides, so I drove back and went inside. Three workers, barely any business, and when I told the lady working about my issue she took her time talking to the cook as she leisurely packed my sides in a bag. And when she gave it to me she tossed it on the counter and completely ignored me when I said thank you. Working fast food myself there is zero excuse for forgetting half my meal when it's not even busy! I didn't even get an apology or anything, and not even an offer for a free dessert. I wasn't going to demand free food so I didn't ask about it, but it's common fast food etiquette to appease the customer when you messed up their experience! I drove all the way back just to get the food I paid for in the first place! Rude workers who honestly seem to be slacking off, and no respectable management anywhere.
