U TEA — Restaurant in Lakeside

This place is so wonderful!! We called ahead to place our takeout order of bubble tea, but got delayed in arriving at the restaurant. When we got there, the woman remade our bubble teas because the ice had melted. (Even though it was our fault that we were late!) That's really good customer service -- thank you!

Some things to note: -This is inside of a pho restaurant. You won't see "U Tea" on the storefront. -Smoothies are only sold on the weekends! -The taste and texture of the brown sugar boba is something that you might not have experienced before, but it is SO GOOD! Really authentic. Come in with an open mind (or open taste buds I guess, haha) and I guarantee you'll love it. -The drinks might be more sugary than you expect. We ordered 50% sweetness on both our drinks, and that was the perfect amount for us. -If you make sure to taste your drink before leaving the restaurant, they will remake it for you if you want them to change the sweetness or anything! But we didn't need them to do that today. It was perfect :)

Tried to visit this place on Jun 6. Was a paper sign taped to the door that they're closed . No website or social media presence that could have been checked in advance....
