Honestly, and I definitely mean this honestly, this McDonald's is probably one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. And that's not saying a lot, but let's start at the beginning. Number one, we walk in the door and we noticed that there's hardly any customers In the dining room. And no one's in line at the Register, but yet when I asked for someone to help me at the register, everyone seems too busy to even turn ahead and acknowledge me. I asked several times and I was ignored several times not even a manager, a supervisor anyone was there to make sure people were taken care of at the front register. You know, they assume that these kiosks that they have don't malfunction, or can't be confusing for people well, they can malfunction, and they can be confusing for people. So that's why a lot of us like to have a human take our order just because we like that we like that human touch. And that's not saying that I don't like kiosks, electronic kiosks, that's fine as long as they work, and they're functional, and they're more efficient for me than talking to a cash register, because that is the bottom line, if the kiosk is less efficient to me then talking to actual cashier that's a human, then I'm gonna go for the human every time. Because one thing I think McDonald has forgotten Is the customers time and they've forgotten that we value our time. We, us, our time is important and and we don't want to waste it using ridiculously badly programmed kiosks. This is something that doesn't happen at Burger King, they actually have a human cashier. So folks something to consider go places where they have cashiers go places where they have clean dining rooms and let's get into the dining room. Okay, after we got done ordering food on the kiosk, which we found highly inefficient. And let me tell you one thing about this restaurant. This particular mcdonald's oftentimes people will actually do this a lot. They'll go through the drive through order their hamburger or whatever it is they're getting and then they'll come inside the restaurant to eat in the dining room because you can't get service in the dining room because they ignore you whenever you're at the front register. They like to pretend like you're not even there. And it's not even funny. The biggest thing I hate is a dirty restaurant. This place had dirty tables that haven't been wiped down trash on the floors, dirty trays on all the garbages, you name it. We had the mispleasure of eating in a dirty table, as I'm sure everyone else has when they come to this particular McDonald's. I noticed and I took pictures of the dirty tables of the dirty drink station and the dirty floors and the empty cashier station, where no one comes to help you, so I'm going to upload all those photos for you all so you can take a look at what you're going to get when you come here. What I would do is demand better. We demand something better than this particular establishment is offering. Go to Burger King, go to Wendy's. Don't go here. This place is awful. They just don't care about anything other than their drive through and yeah, maybe their drive through times are average but they forget that people actually come into the restaurant with their families and their children to eat and they want to be served. Nobody wants to sit and use a speak and spell looking machine kiosk, that's so archaic to place your order. Even my phone could take an order faster than that thing. No one gets helped in the restaurant, it's dirty, the bathrooms, everything's trashed and yucky, so please, you know what save yourself from having a horrible experience, a filthy disgusting experience. Just go to...
Read moreWent to the Cedar Ave location in Lakeville and the staff at night don't seem to care about customers needs and/or cleanliness of the restaurant. It's summer and sweet tea should be available up until close or somewhat near that time. It was 6:30pm and no sweet tea. I was told they don't make any more after they run out. Tea is one of cheapest things to make and if you waste some, that is part of running a business. Would like to see both teas available in the dining room for customers to get themselves. Tired of waiting forever for someone to make and then make it incorrectly. I prefer sweet but not too sweet and they won't make it the way you want unless it is 1/2 cut. Dining room is never taken care of and cleaned. You have kids joking around up front but can't clean up messes in the dining room. You make suggestions to mgmt, but it never gets resolved or staff don't take care of things that need to be taken care of. I mentioned napkins/ lids/ straws out on different visits and stay to eat to see if it is taken care of and of course it isn't. Doesn't seem anyone cares about the customers anymore. The tray on the table was there for 1.5 hrs and still there...
Read moreWorst experience I have ever had at a drive thru. I pulled up before the restaurant closed, according to Google. The person in the drive thru stated they were closed. I said ok we are sorry. According to Google, you are open until 11 pm cst. For the worker to let someone know this information should be updated so they have fewer negative customer experiences. Before I finished my sentence, the worker informed me that as the manager, he has been closed for over an hour. He said this very rudely and very condescendingly. I have over fifteen years of management experience, and five of those years where I was a manager at a fast food restaurant. I have never spoken to a customer that way and will never. I was not rude and was not demanding service or food, I just wanted to let someone know why they are getting customers in the drive thru after they are closed. This experience is unacceptable if a regular employee was working the drive thru, let alone a manager. I would recommend that until this location has a night manager who can handle customer interactions, you choose a different fast...
