Soft swirl — Restaurant in Lakewood Park

First time to this place and it will be the last!!! Upon entering the short haired woman behind the counter was very sour and no smile no hello as if we were an inconvenience and she checked the clock .. it was 7pm / they close at 8 pm ...we felt very unwelcome !! The woman started to clean about while we decided what to have ...and never said how can I help .. we placed our orders I got the dipped cone and she dipped it into the wax did not stir it before dipping it and had to re dip it .. handed it to me and said it’s a mess ..most people wear it before they eat it ... the next order was a sundae of which the nuts were rancid ... the ice cream cones were in fact a bit on the stale side too... this was a big disappointment and like I said we will never patronize this...

The two workers in there seemed like they had no idea how to put icecream on a cone and they apparently couldn't figure out how to put the Sprinkles on either. We ordered three twist cones with Sprinkles and they gave us only a little icecream on the cone and a separate cup full of sprinkles... this place was awesome 2 years ago when I came to town to visit. Definitely won't be coming back here again.

Also 99 cents for Sprinkles is ridiculous.

Note: I saw a separate review where the icecream came with Sprinkles on it. Every icecream shop I've ever been to has served me with the Sprinkles on the icrecream. Not sure why it wasn't possible other than the fact they said it would be too messy and they didn't have a way to may the...

Don’t bother with this place. Got a sundae, it was all watery. Couldn’t even make it home. Sucks we really wanted soft serve. The woman made two ice cream pints and put them in a bag for us. I asked for a Sundae and when she handed it to me, I asked for a lid and she said I didn’t tell her it was for to go. I said it’s really wet and she said do I want to remake it? No, I just wanna leave before the 2 pints melt too. She said again I didn’t tell her it was to go and I said you didn’t ask. Want to get in my car and the whole thing spilled out of the container.
