Let me just say after reading all the reviews about this location it’s frustrating to see that the Arby’s owner only sends links to answer or resolve any issues that any of the reviews that are negative for help. But even though I’m probably not gonna get an answer from this management team I’m still going to lay it all down for everyone. I was a former employee of this location and was exposed to so many things categorizing from unhealthy unsanitary food handeling ,acts of adultery in the work field and on the frozen goods in and language difference disrespect, and also under age hiring. There have been many times where I was scheduled that the management has an affair or relationships with the staff. There is an unbelievable amount of backstabbing and language barriers. The management team does so many illegal labor laws that are broken from vacation time to break time and even no smoking in certain areas of the facility. The “managers” are not on the same page with each other. Every single one that has trained me have trained me on the same station completely different processing. There was a time where I’ve seen coworkers go to the back and since I don’t know, much of anything was good English fondling another coworker while they picking up a box and that report is sexual-harassment . But that’s knows you’re not there because even after complaining or throwing in a suggestion on inappropriate touching in the work field, I was silenced and everything was swept under the rug so I decide to write everything on this page for the hopes that somebody does something in order to make this place a safe environment for the coworkers that I want to head . So the process that it goes into making the special sauce is right down and disgusting. They use a factory sealed powder, then use hot sink water to dissolve the powder and add more water until it gets to its consistency and given to customers. Other times I’ve seen food preparation‘s with no gloves. Other times I’ve seen the way the store meets and they don’t not look at the dates. They just replace the date sticker but not the product. The manager drives a Maserati to impress those that he has affairs with, and even the management that is below him are also intertwined with his adultery. Another manager when closing walks out with 15 plus bags full of pastries and meats , like what the hell. the managemers don’t know squat about how to run a team of 6 people or confidential meetings one has with them because they end up exposed to other co-coworker Environments really is horrible. The managers are George, Yasmine, Eduardo, Veronica, Elizabeth Managers need to be trained better and train each new employee the same as by the book. I hope something changes...

Arby's, famous for their roast beef sandwiches, used to be a regular on my weeky food rotation. 2 for $5 French dip & Swiss, Philly cheesesteak, coupons for regular roast beef, beef 'n cheddar, Market Fresh sandwiches - the food proved satisfying time & again. Although prices have gone up throughout years, with 2 for $5 French dip & Swiss a thing of the past, one item that was & still is mandatory each visit - curly fries! Love those sons of guns! Cooked to the perfect crunchy consistency, Arby's curly fries are happiness shoveled into a carton.
Depending upon which coupons are circulated, I've highy enjoyed the Market Fresh sandwiches. The pecan chicken salad is light & crispy, with the Reuben being the polar opposite. Greasy, fatty & stick to your ribs. Each good depending upon your definition of good.
Not to be overlooked, the chicken cordon bleu & chicken bacon Swiss are commendable sandwiches themselves. I like to smear a heaping helping of horsey sauce to add that burn with each bite. I'm not that big on the Arby's sauce, as I find it rather sweet.
Service has been good. Ordering goes by quickly, with a convenient drive-thru for those looking to stay in the car. Plenty of seating, and the dining area has been clean when I've decided to dine in. Parking is in a private lot, shared by Starbucks, Golden Spoon & other businesses.
Free WiFi!
Writing a review has suddenly got me craving Arby's again. The thought of a large helping of curly fries & one of the hefty Market Fresh sandwiches has my tastebuds salivating over old fast food friends. With nifty coupon clippers in hand, I recommend stopping by Arby's for those looking for something fast, yet wanting something different than the other fast food places, which I consider crap, that perforate the...
Read moreHave had multiple issues here with missing items and bad service. Complaint feedback is not responded to. When placing app orders, they have charged multiple charges for single orders and haven't assisted with refunds when tickets are filed in the app. One visit we placed an app order that charged twice to our card and the location refused to give us the order. They said it hadn't come through on their end. Showing them the order and charges to the card would not get them to fill the order. The person who identified themselves as the manager laughed at my moms frustration. That same visit we had another family member place an order for us to pick up. When we went through they said they didn't have the item. The order was marked as filled in their system and charged us but they never gave us the food and we had to file a dispute with the card company to get the refund. On another visit we placed an app order and arrived at the empty drive through at 743pm they refused to give our order because the order time said it would be ready at 745pm. They forced us to park in the parking lot and would not give the order to us or let us wait in the empty drive through line. After we drove back around at 745 they filled the order but the items inside were not even warm (the cold mozzarella sticks were horrible with the cheese insjde not even slightly melted). This place seems to take joy in causing problems and not fixing them. Unfortunately, they're the only Arby's location nearby. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone I know, even those who might deserve this experience. The location has remained this way for well over 6 months, change does not look...
