We used to eat at the original restaurant here, many years ago, but they apparently sold it. This experience with the new owners was so bad that I don't even know where to begin.

We ordered the largest family dinner they have, for 2 of us. Unusually, won ton soup was not an option, only egg drop or hot & sour.

The tea wasn't the usual black tea found in most Chinese restaurants - it was a weak green tea, as in 1 tea bag in a tall plastic iced tea glass of water. Hot or cold, it still came in a tall plastic tea glass.

The Pu Pu Platter came, and instead of the usual flaming pot in the middle, this was just the food piled on a plate. The ribs that came with it were over-cooked to the point of being mushy, and didn't have the usual red yeast rice on them.

There was little service during the meal and plates were just left on the table when we were done with them, making things difficult for us to move around within.

They gave us tiny forks and small plates ( the same sized plates that were used for the Pu Pu Platter ) to eat the entrees from, making it so we had to reload the plates 5-6 times to finish the meal from them.

The entree portions were medium sized - nothing special.

My Kung Pao Triple Delight had SO MUCH finely diced hot pepper in it that I had tears running down my face, which I've never experienced before. I couldn't finish it.

We won't...

We made the mistake of going here on an impulse. The only other customers in the small place were a group of Chinese young men, although a few others came in later. We ordered General Tsao's chicken and cashew chicken. We waited---quite a long time---while the waiter brought out serving after serving to the young men. My food finally arrived, but my wife's took perhaps 5 minutes longer. My wife very much liked her dish; mine was so-so. Unfortunately, I noticed that it had been unevenly heated (some components were hot, others tepid, others room temperature), and at least one piece of chicken was underdone. By the time I was ready to go home, my stomach felt queasy, and when I arrived home I wound up relieving myself of some of my dinner. My wife reacted less seriously, but her stomach ended up being queazy, too, so she loaded up on antiacids. Rightly or wrongly, Chinese restaurants have a reputation of being not entirely clean. (The bathrooms are often a tipoff.) I think that might have been...

Horrible customer service! It had been a long day of working multiple jobs and I had the stomach flu , when I'm sick one of the only things that I can eat is Asian food. she had the opportunity to make my day better and instead they delivered me food with the sauce dumped all over the inside of the bag and late so I wasn't even able to eat it before I went to my next job. when I called to complain she did not care whatsoever, did not apologize, had an attitude and asked what she wanted me to do about it. Disgusted by her horrible customer service and let her know I was not coming back and she was completely fine with that. I let her know I was going to give a review and she said to go ahead, I asked to speak to her boss and she let me know she was the manager and the owners didn't speak English so I wouldn't be able to complain so there's no accountability for their staff. There are multiple Asian restaurants in the area I don't have to go back to this one and I recommend you don't...

When we first moved into the area 8 years ago, we loved this place. We would visit maybe 6-7x a year. The quality began to get inconsistent so we found other options. We decided we wanted some of that good chicken last night. Like everywhere, the prices had increased. I get that, but the food was awful. One of the worst takeout meals I've ever had. On a FRIDAY night, the chicken was fatty and soggy. The food was lacking flavor and soy sauce did not help. The worst was the pan fried dumplings. Pretty sure it was the same as the frozen ones you buy at the store. They were cold, barely cooked, and the dough was raw on one side. Cook didn't even bother to flip them. They were not steamed prior to pan frying. Sorry to say, we will never go back. I've got $60 worth of food barely touched and going in the trash. And I tipped them! Ugh. So disappointed.

Nice servers and below average American Chinese food that is not terribly bad, but not great either. I ordered the lunch special with sesame chicken, fried rice, and egg drop soup. The egg drop soup was mostly fine if a little salty. The fried rice was kind of bland. Egg rolls were pretty standard. The sesame chicken tasted like...Chinese fried chicken with a light attempt at sesame chicken sauce on top. Not sure how to best phrase that, but I wouldn't doubt if the other chicken dishes tasted just the same underneath, but with different sauce flavors. I absolutely did not like the chicken and broccoli in white sauce that my partner got, it had a very sharp tangy kind of flavor that was difficult to get down. Surprisingly, the sesame chicken and fried rice tasted better reheated, but probably won't be back.

We ordered crab cheese wontons (came with 6 wontons) and wonton soup for appetizers. They both came out really quickly and were fresh and hot. For the main dish, we ordered cashew chicken and the chefs special seafood pan fried noodles. The cashew chicken had excellent flavor and a fair amount of chicken. The chefs special seafood came with shrimp, scallops, and imitation crab. The sauce was light, and the vegetables were fresh. The noodles were golden brown and a unique spin on the classic lo mein option. We ordered the fried rice with our meal. We took home the leftovers as it was enough food for 2 meals. Overall friendly and fast service.
