I liked this dominoes until today. I had issues ordering online: my card kept getting charged but order not going through so I called to place the order and let them know I’d show that my card was charged when i arrived. I understand this is a mistake and I’m defying NO WAY mad or upset because I will obviously get my money back, through them or filing a dispute on my credit card. The manager gets on to take my order and right off the bat is acting rude and defensive (like I was mad or something) I still understand because she probably felt with customers who might get upset over this so I brush it off and just say I’ll put my order in with you so I can just bypass the technical issues. She wouldn’t let me order the exact same because those are online deals (a little dumb that they couldn’t honor it but still not that big of a deal) …. What makes me decide to leave a 1 start is because when I got there I asked for her ( the manager) like she asked me to and the girl went to get her and she refused to come talk to me and sent a new girl who had no idea how to even work the register so I just said can I get corporates number just in case the charges don’t fall off I can call them to assist me (because I was basically already told that’s what I would need to do) the whole time the manager was looking over like I was an issue which was weird because it’s literally not that big of a deal It sucks I didn’t get the online point but they usually expire anyway. She gets a 1 star for her weird offensive attitude, not knowing the address to her own location, and creating an issue that wasn’t even an issue. Read moreCareful if you order online the store seems to close whenever they feel like it, multiple times I've ordered n paid through their own app which said they were open over an hour after they decided to close early (Google also showed same time as their app) I figured they'd cancel my order and refund my card since it was their fault and nothing I did wrong but no they stole my money. Even though 2 employees were still in the store one of the times and I could see my order they acted like they didn't hear me after they saw me knocking. Don't know if it's laziness, deliberate theft, or lack of work ethics but I was the one lied to so don't steal from me too. Another day there I showed up a half hour after the tracker said my pizza was done and was told over 5 times that my pizza would just be another 10 minutes and spent over 2 hours waiting at the store then the wait time on the screen there changed to saying 2 more hours and people who walked in after me and ordered were getting their much bigger orders before mine. I get being busy just like I told them don't lie to me and waste my whole day, I would have been completely fine if they told me it would be 4 hours so I could have done something besides sit there and listen to them make excuses to everyone that came in and treat each person differently, being patient and nice is not rewarded there, if you want your order quick I guess yell at them and treat them badly and they'll value you more than everyone else. Read moreI been going to this dominos for quite some time. And tonight had the worse experience ever. I called to get the pricing on two medium pizzas. The individual I spoke to said they are $7.99 each and then talked to someone and said never mind they are $20.62 with a 20% discount. I was like how’s that possible? He said well the discount brought it from $25 to $20. I said sure. Picked it up 20 minutes later and they give me the complete different order. I didn’t notice till I got home. I looked at the receipt it was someone else’s order. The catch on this is the receipt for this individual had more toppings, two marinara sauces, and garlic bread for $17.44!? So I went back to the store and asked why such a huge difference on orders and the other individual paid less?! The guy said oh they got a different discount. And checked and said, it doesn’t matter you are getting your full refund back anyways. I was okay, so they gave me my order (so I thought). Got home and still had my order messed up. At this point I already got my refund and can’t waste another 15 minutes to drive back and argue with them. So my question is, how do they pick and choose who to give these discounts?
