We stopped into to get some grilled chicken for our lunches. We purchased a 12 piece grilled. The rude girl who took our order kept talking over me and eventually told me that they didn't have enough grilled to fill the order and asked if I would like a 1/2 grilled 1/2 original. I told her yes. I drove up to the window and paid the $20 and some change for the order. I was told to drive around and wait by the main entrance and someone would be out with my order. A few minutes later a woman came out and gave the order to my husband who was sitting in the passenger seat. We got home (we live about 15 mins from the KFC). I started breaking out the chicken into the meals and noticed that we had six VERY SMALL grilled wings (see picture), 2 breasts, 2 thighs and 2 legs. I called and spoke with Zach the manager and he said that he is the one who filled our order. After arguing with me for a few minutes, he told me to come back and he would "give me different chicken." Zach even said that I should have checked the order before I left the parking lot. That is absolutely the most stupid thing i have ever heard. Check a bucket of chicken before you leave a parking lot. He put the inadequate order filling on me. In this economy, is this what you want your customers to be treated like? I quite going to this KFC because of the bad service and screwed up orders. This will forever keep me from returning to this KFC! You need to seriously retrain Zach if he is to stay as a manager. He is rude and has no idea of what customer service is about. He admitted to filling my order and doing it with the six extremely small wings, etc. I am sure that this is not the way you want your customers treated. I would hazard to guess that this has happened more than once...
Read moreI went for lunch on a Monday at 12:30 and ordered a $5 fill up, tenders and coleslaw. I went home and pulled my meal out of the sack, opened up the box and saw 3 pieces of chicken that could have been jerky. It was so dry and hard that I couldn't even chew it! I called and asked for the manager and I heard the guy say, "it's a complainer." Then the line went dead. I called back and asked for the manager, the girl told me to hold on and after she set the phone down she told her fellow employees that it was the "complainer" and she was "going to let me sit on hold!" I hung up the phone and called the corporate office and registered my complaint. I called the store back and asked for a manager and the guy who answered the phone said he was the manager. I explained what had happened and first he laughed, then he asked me what I wanted him to do about it. When I started telling him, he hung up on me again! I called back 1 more time and the girl who answered the phone told me she was the manager. I told her the guy I had just talked to said he was the manager. She said they were both shift supervisors. When I told her what all had happened, she told me not to be mad at her because it wasn't her who had hung up on me. I told her that as a supervisor, she was responsible for her employees and I wanted a replacement meal the next time I was there and she told me she would send me a coupon for my meal. I will not be returning and will let my friends know to never go there, and I have a lot of friends in the area. Terrible food and disgusting...
Read moreI have been living in this neighborhood for over 25 years and many neighbors and I have came to this KFC. The last two times I went through the drive through spending over $50 each time, and both times the staff were very rude. Yes I know it’s silly I even go here in the first place, but my kids love it and it helps this working mama on a tough day.
I gave the last time/staff the benefit of the doubt because I don’t know if their short staffed or maybe just an individual having a bad day. So, I let it go.
This time I went and again spending over $50 for a 16pc family meal and when I was ordering the person taking my order was talking so fast and with the Wadsworth traffic I couldn’t hear. So when I was apparently repeating what she had already said she got frustrated. I said nicely “sorry it’s hard to hear,” than when ordering a 16pc they tell me “all I have are half crispy and half original but that’s it!” It’s 5:30 and you’re telling me all the other times I have went I was offered to wait for what I originally would’ve liked and now this time you seem to be closing early since that’s all you have for me? Mind you, there was no car in front of me, behind me, or in the lobby. I could have asked for what I wanted, but for what? So they can get even more upset and me worry about what happens to my food, no thanks.
The two individuals in a blue shirt and red shirt had headphones on so I’m really hoping that’s not the manager on duty allowing that because if so, wow! That is very unprofessional and why businesses go out or lose long...
