Horrible customer service . Last night my husband and I went to this location and used the drive thru . When we approached the speaker the girl on the other end said “ya order when your ready” . Immediately felt her rude tone . Thencas my husband was tying to order she was in such a hurry she couldn’t stop and listen to what we were saying . All we wanted was a number one sub for the veggie patty with only lettuce, pickles and tomatoe with a lemonade . When my husband tried to confirm we only wanted one lemonade she said “ya I got it “ in her rude tone .So my husband got upset and drove forward because she was not listening to us . When we pulled to the window she said “ what kind of fries do you want since you pulled off before I was done.” Again in a rude tone . So my husband said natural . Then when she was grabbing his money he asked for wild dip sauce and she slammed the window shut on him . At this point we don’t even want to eat here anymore but we already paid . So when the girl handed us our bag of food and I checked my veggie burger of course it was wrong . It had only pickles and onions . When the girl came back to the window I asked for the manager and SHE WAS THE MANGER ! Her name is Hailey . So I told her my hamburger was wrong and she grabbed it from my husband went to the back (without asking what was wrong with it ) comes back hand it to us and says “it’s right “ and at that point I was furious . When I was telling her how rude she was she started to yell at me about how she’s not rude and whatever else she was saying and denying . She would not stop talking to listen to me to tell her how to fix my food so I can be on my way . Instead my husband had to shut the window and that’s when I tossed my hamburger back into the drive thru window out of pure frustration. I’m still in shock of her rude manner and I will never go back to any...
Read moreThe morning/afternoon manager here guilted an employee for calling out sick. I don’t know who to get ahold of in this situation because the employee is my boyfriend and the father of my kid. His shift is at 4pm and he called in around 11:30 to give them enough time to cover for him. He has been sick all week and we both have strep throat. The manager said “Do you like your job?” Which my boyfriend replied yes. “Well can you just wear a mask, I really need you to come in.” The uncaring of this manager has me baffled. Mind you I manage a car shop in the evenings where there is no such thing as someone I can call to cover. But WE ALL PITCH IN. Especially when an employee is sick. I don’t appreciate this managers handle in this situation especially when it felt like he bullied my boyfriend into coming in even though he is extremely sick. Everyone else I have met is super nice but the morning afternoon manager needs to relearn how germs work and how empathy works. NOBODY WORK HERE THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE AND BULLY YOU INTO WORKING WHEN YOUR SICK. ALSO MY BOYFRIEND WAS BULLIED TO COME IN AT HIS REGULAR SHIFT TODAY! 9/23/23 @4! SO IF ANYONE IS SICK AND YOU ATE HERE PLEASE BLAME THE MORNING/AFTERNOON MANAGER WHO WAS WORKING ON THIS DATE 9/23/23.
Update: Just called to talk to the manager to voice my concerns 12:29. He lied and said my boyfriend tries to call out of work and doesn’t show up. MIND YOU we LIVE TOGETHER AND I DRIVE HIM TO WORK. So he lied to me when I asked when those instances had occurred and he was very quick to be like “I don’t remember” I don’t appreciate being lied to. And he kept interrupting me. Who ever works here good luck because you will be bullied for being sick. And let it be a lesson of stand up for yourself in the work place because your sometimes your own managers will lie to save...
Read moreSo we love Good TImes. It is the only hamburger fast food joint that my husband can eat without digestion issues, the wild fries are the best fries ever, and we love the fried pickles. We love that they are open so late since neither of us are off work before 9:30 or 10. This particular location has always been spotty on service and quality, but in the last six months we have seen it taken a sharp downhill turn (and we are frequent diners since this is the closest location to the house.) The last several times they have gotten an order wrong, forgotten to take off certain things or left off a side item. The burgers have gotten continuously greasier to an almost McDonalds-like consistency. Tonight was bar none the worst service and quality of food I've had at a Good Times. The person taking our order kept interrupted my husband to ask questions he was in the middle of answering. The bottom of the bag was so greasy that IT BROKE before we even got to the front door of our house. Fries were a total loss, my husband was able to salvage a few onion rings, and thank god the burgers were fairly well wrapped (but not like, fantastically wrapped. The bacon of my Big Daddy's was sticking out of the foil.) To add insult to injury, my husband's lemonade was fizzy and tasted rather rancid, like the machine needed a good cleaning. As I said, I love Good Times, but I think we're going to find another location to go to, even if it means adding 15 minutes to our...
