I’ve been a customer at La Michoacana before, but my last visit was very disappointing. The lady who served me didn’t seem to know how to make the gazpacho correctly—she forgot the tajín, chamoy, and lime. When I politely pointed it out, she seemed bothered. I also ordered mango smoothies, but they had more yogurt than mango and barely tasted like mango at all. My kids didn’t like them, and when I returned to see if they could be remade or exchanged, the manager told me that the server was new and suggested that “next time I read the ingredients on the sign.” I explained that I had ordered mango smoothies here before and they didn’t taste like this, but the manager just said I could request a specific server in the future, which doesn’t make sense for customers.
I also ordered Hot Cheetos with nacho cheese, but they barely put any cheese on them. Overall, the service and attitude from both the new server and the manager were not great. I hope they can improve customer service and consistency in how items are made, because this experience was not what I expect from La Michoacana.
I understand that mistakes can happen, especially with new team members, and I do appreciate that they issued a refund. However, I wanted to share my honest experience because it was disappointing compared to my previous visits. As a regular customer, I’ve always enjoyed your products,and this is the the second time the service has been like this to me which is why I felt it was important to point out what happened this time.

Service- 50/50 we have had a gal who was super nice and professional but we have also delt with these other 2 women on 2 separate occasions who seem to think it's cute or professional to sit there and giggle and make faces about what we are ordering. They giggle and ask "anything else, anything else". They get visibly frustrated as you try to pick things because they aren't labeled super well. We have really enjoyed the treats but one more interaction like this will probably keep us from coming back. It's a pretty lame feeling to be trying to support a local business only to feel unwelcome or confused. Today I came in and the lady charged me 17 for a large smoothie. I’m just annoyed because I’ve been getting charged the same everyday and the past 2 times I’ve been there the price fluctuated.
