These negative ratings make perfect sense. I’ve had really bad experiences here lately. The last encounter a few days ago made that the last time I’ll ever be back here. I complained to corporate that told me the regional manager would be calling me back in a couple of days but I haven’t heard back yet. I ordered a grande mocha and when I went up to the window of the drive-thru they handed me a tall. I told the woman that it wasn’t the size I ordered and instead of just saying sorry she threw this major tantrum and yelled that it kept happening and stormed off while I was just holding the drink out of my window waiting for her to take it back. She finally came back and told me she can’t take it back and then said in a snotty tone to have a nice day. I ignored her and she yelled out the window again. Later that morning I called to speak to a manager and an extremely unprofessional woman that sounded just like the tantrum throwing barista answered the phone. I asked to speak to a manager and she rudely responded “ that’s me” I hung up and complained to corporate. This location has really gone downhill. I certainly will never go back and most likely will never go back to Starbucks again. My drink was already over 6 dollars and they still tried to hand me a much smaller size. Such a ripoff. I would have been somewhat understanding if she had simply apologized and made it right. Read moreI am writing to formally document a pattern of concerning incidents that have occurred at your establishment. On multiple occasions, I have visited this Starbucks location and encountered the same unacceptable issues related to both service and conduct by staff members.
Each time, I placed an order for beverages for myself and my wife. However, upon arrival at the window, the order has been consistently incorrect, requiring me to repeat and re-order items already submitted. This is not only inefficient but also indicative of poor operational management.
More troubling, however, are the behaviors exhibited by two employees—a male and a female—who appear to be regular staff at this location. On several visits, these individuals have made inappropriate comments under their breath and directed hostile or disparaging looks toward my wife, who is Mexican. Such conduct is deeply unprofessional and suggests a disturbing level of bias or prejudice in the workplace.
Despite my efforts to address this matter through appropriate channels, including speaking directly with management, no corrective action has been taken. The situation remains unresolved, and the hostile environment persists.
Based on these repeated experiences, I can no longer patronize this location and would strongly caution others against doing so. Read moreOH. MY. GOODNESS!!! What friendly and kind staff friendly environment and atmosphere! Love it here! BUT this is what really made me love this location even more! This location is the closest to my boyfriend and I so one day he drove out here to get us Starbucks. It’s maybe a 8 minute drive not bad! He got me a salted caramel coffee and when he got home with it there was literally a salt package IN THE DRINK! I was really grossed out 🤢but I really wanted my Starbucks! So I drove back and asked for it to be replaced with the iced caramel macchiato. Not only did they empathize with me (they were all also grossed out) but the lady that thought she might’ve been the one to do it STEPPED UP!! Guys that takes some big guts! I could’ve been a meany customer and yelled at her or been rude (which I wouldn’t cause I worked as a server and just didn’t appreciate that myself) but her knowing I could’ve been that way she still came to the window to apologize!! I have ADHD so honestly I probably would’ve done the same if I was thinking about something in the moment that I was putting the salt so it was no big deal! Anywho, they replaced my drink, refunded my bf AND gave me a coupon for next time! Talk about wanting to make it up!!!
