Dec 30 update:
Our order at 12:40am was half borked, with only the 3 Layer Nachos (eaten first, naturally) and the light-sour Electric Raspberry freeze being made to order. There were three burrito-type items in the bag when we got to our destination. But we only ordered two - the shredded chicken quesadilla melt with added nacho cheese and added beef, which apparently weirds people out that we would WANT two types of meat. One had unasked-for creamy jalapeño sauce and no chicken, the other had no beef OR nacho cheese. I’m not counting the “freebie” item against them, since we didn’t order it, but we also didn’t eat it because much of the rice mixed with the beef and nacho cheese was pretty hard and dry.
Pizza isn’t the only tasty item that deserves two meats once in a while! X( Please trust that your customers would say “I want to replace the chicken with beef” instead of a very clearly spoken “added to the chicken.” I know I confirmed with the cashier - the receipt shows the order accurately.
I am bummed. Last night we were too tired and far off to pursue getting it fixed. You’d think we would have learned by now to unwrap ALL the items to check them for accuracy before leaving the drive-through window, but I thought this location was one of the good ones... :(

I have never had such a good experience at a Taco Bell in the metro!
The cashier in the drive through was admirably patient with us paying partly in change (this location doesn’t do Apple Pay). The order was perfectly accurate with our customizations as requested. They went above and beyond with wrapping the quesarito and the quesadilla melt - as neatly done as if they were going to eat it themselves, and with all the fillings distributed throughout instead of lumped in there separately. Amazing!
Every Taco Bell visit should be so wonderful. :) Give this evening...
Read moreI have never been fond of this location. Something about the staff vibe has always turned me off. Combine that with the hard to navigate drive thru entrance (albeit present at many taco bells) and it's just a pain.
A year or two ago I went here and got the wrong food. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes without being acknowledged. Understaffed or not, at least acknowledge me and let me know it will be a minute.
My rule of thumb with poorly run restaurants is to avoid them for 6+ months and hope staff changes. I've gone here three times since then and today I'm calling it quits again.
Today I ordered a whopping two items. First, the guy almost handed me the next cars drink. Afterwords, when I got home with my food, I realized I wasn't asked or given any hot sauce. Taco Bell is one of the few restaurants where they almost always ask, and if they forget they usually put a mix of sauces in the bag. Not today. This would've been minor IF my food was right. Sadly, everything was wrong. The Chili Verde Steak fries were sparse and didn't even cover the tray bottom, but most of all there was absolutely no chili verde sauce. How do you miss the ingredient the item is named for?!? Then I start on my Mexican Pizza and practically the only flavor was oily tortillas--like a soggy corn tortilla covered in beef paste. Turns out they forgot the pizza sauce there as well.
It's starting to feel like one of those locations you just completely avoid because it never gets better. Won't be going back to this location for a long time....
Read moreOn Saturday evening, 6/28/2020, I made an order at 5:00pm at the drive-thru. The cashier asked me to wait in the parking area which I had no problem doing. While waiting, numerous other vehicles joined me in the parking area to wait for their food. A mistake was apparently made and my order was given to someone else. I sat in the parking area for 20 minutes before an employee asked me if I was waiting for food. I told him yes and gave him my receipt. He said he would get it taken care of right away. During the time that I waited, no less than four other customers left with their food order. On one of those orders, I asked the employee what happened. He explained that they only had three people working and that they had given my order to someone else by mistake. I can live with a mistake being acknowledged. I'm human. I've been in a situation like this before. Pro-tip : YOU DO NOT KEEP FULFILLING NEW ORDERS UNTIL THE MISTAKE HAS BEEN CORRECTED. I waited another 13 minutes until my food was delivered to me in the parking lot while new orders were being fulfilled. The employees waited until there was a lull in new customers before they started working on my order in which other customers between 5:20pm and 5:30pm were taken care of before me. I did not get my food until 5:33pm. To add insult to injury, one would think that after 33 minutes they could at least get the order right, but they left out a burrito from my order. I will not be coming to this...
