I came to surprise my boss who is allergic to milk and flour I came in with a note the tky boss has already given me how she takes her coffee so she doesn’t have a reaction !!! I order sat down and noticed a wave of people come in ten mins pass a few more and everyone closing the wave of people are grabbing their coffee so patiently kindly I gooo to the counter and tell the lady I believe you guys forgot me . She says what’s you name what’s your order Rudly I keep calm and tell her it wasn’t till she comes back and they are alllooking at each other lost , she’s like well what did you order I got upset cus I been there q while and told her idk I have it on my phone becusae it was for my boos whom has allergies to certain foods . I ask another lady if she can kindly lake it beicsae they are going back and forth she pops at the other lady like yo wanna finish it so they don’t even want to get this fixed now im just starring at them I told them can I show you the bot cus my boss is allergic to something’s !!! The next lady with the pit tail then looks at me rudely and I’m like WTH she says I’m going to make what you first ordered on here pouting to her computer I told her look I’m telling yo ican I show you cus my boss is allergic and you guys already got it wrong by forgetting me the order can be wrong don’t want my boss to die !! She rudely reads it and says yes that’s what I was making instead of just confirming I felt so low and belittled in there I didn’t even order for myself it was a supposed turned into a crappy belittling experience . Do better ladies making me feel so low not great and all laidies yes all laidies in there working this day could had simplified and made it rite by offering to make the coffee instead of making me feel like I was annoying for waiting for my coffee they didn’t make for the get. Read moreThe cashier for the dining room is always very rude. I try not to go to this one but sometimes its easier depending on my route to work. The last time I went through here I had the same gal ( I don't remember her name but she has brown hair, glasses, and always has a bad attitude), she was shaking my bread that I bought out of the plastic wrap that it comes in to put it into a paper bag and shook it so hard it busted into little pieces (instead of opening the wrap a little more so it can slide out easier), was like 'oopse here you go' and gave it to me like that. This time I was putting my money back into my wallet at the counter after i had paid and she said ' you pick up your drink down there' and I just looked at her kinda dumbfounded at what she said cause everyone knows you pick up your drink at the end of the counter and the fact that she spoke so rudely nu the way she said it ,she has no customer service skills or sense of dignity in her work, and she's still there. This tells me this Starbucks doesn't Care how it treats its customers or its Branding cause I've had more than one bad experience here, not just with her.
If there was any other coffee shop closer to me I would go some where else.
2 stars: for poor customer service and layout is poor if your looking to sit down anywhere. The drinks are Ok. They usually pack the cup with lots of ice and sometimes the drink itself doesn't taste...
Read more9-24-23. I've updated my review today. My order was made correctly! I contribute this to the person that keyed in my order. They've learned to put it on the sticker! That's a win! See updated pic. Very rarely does this location get my drink right. Today my coffee came with no creamer. The person at the drive thru window said "it isn't printed on the cup". Well that explains it all! Classic syrup isn't printed on my cup either although ALL iced coffee drinks are SUPPOSED to come with classic syrup unless the customer requests differently. 80% of the time they leave the classic out of my drink as well.... today was no exception! I've even reached out to Starbucks corporate and have been told they they're working on this issue...I have heard the same response for a couple years now. Is Starbucks ran by the government? Why does it take so long to implement old practices? If my coffee is supposed to come with classic syrup how about putting that on the label. The person I'm ordering my drink from tells me classic is always added. The person that makes my drink doesn't add classic syrup because it's not printed on the label. How does this...
