Horrible customer service and an unsafe space.
Pretty sad and disappointed to be leaving this review. 😔 Been a customer of this restaurant for over 15 years. Used to love the environment. The environment has changed and become unsafe. On mothers day we visited to enjoy mothers day with my daughters. A customer was sat behind us. That customer decided to have a speaker phone conversation with someone that was highly inappropriate. The call was talking about beating people up and lots of racial slurs and cussing. After 10 min of this abnoxious phone call I I asked 2 different employees if they would do something about it. Finally after 15 min I asked the gentleman to please take his conversation outside. He proceeded to tell me to mind my business and cuss me out. Seeing it was unsafe for me and my kids I paid my bill and left. Unfortunately half our food was left at the table. While I was leaving our waitress had the audacity to say we didn't pay our whole bill. Turns out she mis counted. Anout 15-20 min after we left i called and spoke to manager on duty. She explained the employees I spoke to were confused as too what I was asking due to language barrier. Which I understand completely. However they should have gotten someone else who could handle the situation. She also said that guy was still there. So he was able to enjoy his meal. And we weren't able to finish The main manager called me and said they can't do anything when customers are disruptive because it can be unsafe for staff. Which again I understand but what about their other customers.
I spent $65 and our dinner was ruined because of a jerk. Half my food wasted.
At the end of the day I really wish we got our leftovers, maybe offered to move us or something.

Read moreWe just had lunch here and our experience was horrible. We were meeting cousins we haven’t seen in 20 years and the waitress was very rude and trying to hurry everyone up in ordering. A few people were late and she wasn’t very happy about having to serve them. Our last person that got there never even got asked about ordering or anything because the waitress came and threw the bill on the table and said she wasn’t gonna split it because our party was to large so we would have to figure it out ourselves. Our party had 14 adults and 4 kids. The waitress never asked at the beginning if we needed separate checks and then she said it wasn’t her job to ask that or make sure everyone knew they were all on one check. She wasn’t willing to help us split it and expected everyone to just split the check 10 ways. We had some people there with their kids and some people were just by themselves. How is that fair that everyone would pay the same if they didn’t order the same? The food was good, but if you decide to go here, just make sure, especially if you are in a big party, that you make sure you tell them you need aspearte check and that you are not planning on staying long, because they will try to rush you along! Also, don’t expect refills on drinks. We did have one nice waitress helping with bringing out the food and she is actually the one that brought our whole table silverware after we had already had our food for a few minutes. Read moreStaff has always been great! Friendly and fast service and I’ve been a patron for the last five years, but just got off work tonight, walked in excited to finally get a table at my favorite Mexican restaurant, and there was three people in front of
me as is typical. Once I was approached, I was told they were closed, mind you I was inside the restaurant before 8pm.
I can’t believe how disappointed I am as I’ve been a regular sometimes patronizing three times a week. Ive recommended dozens of people to come and have created repeat customers even. I’ve worked service industry for 20 years and standard protocol is if someone walked in the door, even just before closing, they were seated period. As fast as they are, I could’ve been seated and served within 5-10 minutes because I know what I want, not to mention there were still tables seated and people eating.
This is poor customer service and considering I’m a regular, I was surprised, and wasn’t even offered a to go order.
You’d think after Covid almost crippling restaurants, they’d be happy to have the patronage, even if it was almost closing time. If that’s how they treat a regular, I’ll reconsider where my regular go...
