Taco Bell — Restaurant in Lamar Heights

The staff needs to be better trained. We waited 20-25 min in line with 3 cars in front of us. While we waited, 2 cars behind us ended up leaving.

When we finally made it to the window to pick up our order, they reconfirmed what we ordered. We clarified where they were wrong with our order, but they still ended up giving us the wrong order.

Half of what we ordered was wrong and we received no hot sauce as we requested or cheese with our nachos. We only had 6-7 chips in our nacho bag.

This was our worst Taco Bell experience ever. We would always stop at this location on our way to Beaver Lake from Kansas City. This location just lost a customer for life.

I called and provided feedback on our experience. They offered to fix our order for free if we came back in line through the drive-thru. We needed to get back on the road, but wanted their management to see...

We ordered the family pack which was four burritos and four tacos, the tacos had only about six pieces of hamburger in it a whole lot of lettuce about six pieces of cheese on top! I think they were afraid they were going to run out of hamburger and cheese but the place was not busy at all one car sitting in the parking lot we went through the drive-thru! The burritos were very big and full of refried beans no hamburger just beans and plenty of them were they were lacking on hamburger they made it up in beans! We will not be going back I can make tacos at home and have a heck of a lot more hamburger and cheese in them then Taco Bell put in them! I was not...

Walked in and the place was empty. Ordered via the kiosk and the staff did fantastic. We were in the area heading to KC from OKC. I saw something that caught my attention... Black bean crunch wrap - yummy... Our food was prepared quickly it was piping hot. The order was accurate & tasty. I definitely will return when in the situation of hunger and in the area. I really felt valued with my interaction with the staff. They were pleasant and smiling I even asked to change the TV channel and they gave me the Remote!!....that goes a long way!
