We come to this Taco Palace because the one that used to be in our home town closed years ago. I don't know if the food is still that good or it's the tinge of nostalgia that draws me to this restaurant, but we make a trip there every chance we get. Actually, many people from my home town do- and this store is over an hour away from where we live. Totally love Taco Palace, always have, always will!

Food tasted pretty good, although drive thru took a while to get through ~15 minutes for 4 cars. Frito salad is super good, especially for (daily special) $7. Will want to go back when I had back up there!

The service was fast and the customer service was good. But the chicken nachos were HORRIBLE! Almost like some concession stand nachos. Definitely not authentic nachos. The portion was also small.

Service great. Atmosphere good. Unfortunately, I can't eat here anymore. The meat is ALWAYS warm to luke warm. The second time I was there they said there's warmer was set properly, so I don't know what the issue is. I've eaten tacos all over the country and many, many places, big chains to ma and pa shops and this is the only place I've eaten at where the meat is not warm enough. I'm a big health nut. I read a lot of medical research. I know how many billions of bad bacteria form over each square inch of food every hour is at certain temperature.

You may not get sick. You may feel fine the next day but over a period of weeks, months, and even years disease will gradually start and they won't be able to trace it to gradual food borne illness from eating this way for years.

Keep the meat hotter. I'm bringing a meat thermometer with me next time and I'm going to order 3 tacos and immediately test the temperature as soon as they're handed to me and then report...

Stopped in here the other night, for the first time. I used the drive thru and ordered a #1 & 8 combo. At first, I thought the taco meat just wasn't seasoned enough, but by time my combo had been consumed I found myself enjoying the taste. The combo burrito I had was excellent. Me and the wife both appreciated the fact that they used generous quantities of freshly grated cheddar cheese. Being fresh makes a big difference in taste and texture. My service was fast, polite and genuinely good. Best of all both our combos w/ drinks $20.04

They need to come up with a signature hot sauce, I wasn't impressed with the packets they offered.

My family will certainly be eating here...
