There are SO many things I like about the Lamar, MO Orschlens!! As soon as I walk in the door I'm greeted. Everyone from the manager, Cordell, to the newest employees say hi, call me by my name & ALWAYS ask if I need any help. GREAT PR!! If I'm looking for something they don't just point. They will actually walk me to it. If I ask a question & they don't know the answer they don't just say "I don't know". Instead they do whatever they need to do to find the answer. I can say I've always gotten great, fast, and friendly service at our local Lamar, MO. Orschlen Farm & Home store and this year I'm going to give purchasing some of their baby chicks a try. I purchased a 100'x48" roll of fencing to add to our dog run and their price beat everyone within a reasonable driving area. Never can find anyone to help you with your questions? Wish they would offer to help you out when you purchase heavier items. The staff arent very friendly. I struggled to load some heavy items onto a cart and there were a few staff members just standing there watching me struggle not one offered to help. I just dont like shopping at the lamar store.
