My daughter and I visited the coffee shop around 1pm, 8/22/17. The coffee was no better than Starbucks AND I had to serve myself....(it's funny how there is a tip jar at the register....why in God's name would anyone tip when we have to serve ourselves??) The worst part about the entire experience was the only staff person working that day.... older woman, short dark hair, tall, ....maybe the owner?... either way, very rude, poor attitude, and just overall not friendly and jovial. My daughter and I felt like a bother to her.... meanwhile, we were the only ones in the place. I could've kicked myself for not driving over the bridge to Starbucks. I learned my lesson. Read moreMy iced mochaccino was delicious when we visited here but the rest of our experience left a lot to be desired. First, the woman behind the counter was very cold and unapproachable. She treated our presence like an inconvenience even though we were the only people there. After quite a few eye rolls, we got a hot latte and an iced mocha chino. The flavor of both was really good, especially the mochaccino. But they didn't have any cups for cold drinks so I had an iced drink in a paper cup which quickly turned the cup into mush, making it nearly impossible to hold.
Overall fine coffee, not a great customer service experience. Maybe we will try...

This place is a must try if you're anywhere in the area and even if youre up for a little drive, it's worth the trip! The staff are fantastic and cheery while quick and efficient.
