We dined at this restaurant for the first time on a Saturday evening. It was hands down one of the best meals out we’ve had in some time. A tastefully decorated yet unfussy decor, atmospheric lighting but not too dark, not noisy, fast service (which we appreciated because we had tickets to a movie afterwards), and the BEST FOOD. Fresh pasta, delicious sauce, delicious salad and dressing. Comfort food served in good taste. All so wonderful and fresh, we couldn’t believe it. Thank you for feeding our souls tonight. Chapter 2: we returned to Broadmoor with friends a month later and while the setting and service was as charming as the first time, most of our meal was surprisingly average. The garlic bread and white bean spread were burnt and flavorless. Truly, every piece of bread was dried and singed. The chicken Parmesan also lacked flavor. The tomato sauce just tasted mildly salty without tomato flavor and the chicken was well cooked but bland. The eggplant Parmesan was similarly disappointing. Less eggplant (or thinner?) than I had in January, and limp - no real flavor. How could these two simple entrees have changed so from one month to the next? We were so looking forward but mildly...

Delicious!!! What a great experience. My husband and I wanted to find a new place to try when we visit Lambertville periodically. What a lovely little spot. This is a BYOB so do not hesitate in bringing your own favorite wines/liquors with you. The service was attentive and friendly. The menu changes and on the day we dined there was a chicken liver mousse that I tried that was spectacular.....so yummy and rich. The mousse was topped with truffles and olive oil. Delish! They had a chicken piccata special that was soooooo good. I typically add salt to my meals and when I tasted the piccata it did not need any additional seasoning. Even with the capers in the sauce the meal was not salty...it was well balanced and yummy. My husband had the parmesan combo with eggplant and chicken. He loved it and finished his plate. We even had dessert......I chose the chocolate mousse. Wow! It was rich and creamy. My husband had he cannoli. I tasted a bit of the cannoli cream and it was light and creamy. What a great dining experience. We will definitely be back. But!!! Don't forget to make a reservation as...

So delicious from salad to dessert! Our party of 5 had the green salad with creamy Italian dressing. Soft on the inside warm crusty bread for the table. Everything in the salad was super fresh including the homemade dressing. We all asked, Donna (owner who looks and sounds just like Annette Benning), if she would please start bottling the dressing for purchase. So very tasty. We followed that up with a split order of the chicken and eggplant parmigiana. We couldn’t decide which wanted so they were kind enough to let us have 1/2 orders of each. It was served over fancy fresh pasta with a sauce we also wanted to purchase. As if we weren’t full enough we just had to order dessert. 4 Pots de creme - amazingly delicious and a tiramisu, just as delish. Our server was very busy but you would never have known it by her perfect service. Honestly, I have not had as much fun and such a delicious meal in ages. It’s BYOB so get your Prosecco or fave wine ready! I can’t wait to go back. Ten ⭐️...

The Broadmoor was such an incredible dining experience. While I was in town with my friends who own Baked By The River, they insisted on treating me to the best Lambertville had to offer. When we first arrived the place was packed and we thought we might not table. But after the hostess laid eyes upon Jesse and Cord there was an exchange of joy and smiles and a table promptly manifested. We sat in the back booth nestled neatly in the shadow of the kitchen. The wall behind our table was half glass windows enabling a clear view of the chef and kitchen staff. The servers were incredible and always prompt to refill our water and make sure our needs were accommodated. Now the meal was next level. We started with garlic bread and bean dip, then moved on to Escargot and puff pastry. After that I had the Prosciutto with fresh pasta, asparagus, mushrooms, with garlic and cream. For dessert I chose their delicious Tiramisu. What a meal. I would highly recommend this restaurant and meal to anyone.

The food was so good! The menu isn't too extensive but there's plenty of variety for different palates. The restaurant is wide open and it gets a bit noisy but the ambiance is good and besides you're there for the food. Male a reservation as you won't be able to just show up for dinner. There is plenty of street parking but bring your quarters, even on the weekend. The service is as good as the food which is exquisite! They are a BYOB which helps the total cost but don't think about what the meal costs, food this good needs to be enjoyed without concern for the price which is reasonable for the quality of food.

This is a tasty, small, Italian restaurant with a frequently changing menu. I ordered the corn and spinach ravioli. I was happy to find that the spinach was puréed with the corn as a smooth filling. I will note it's a BYOB but there is a wine shop across the street in Lambertville. I also ordered the brownie explosion which had a delightful caramel sauce. This is a small restaurant and I saw several people turned away if they didn't have a reservation, so definitely call for one.
