Excellent custom engraving; world-class service! I was gifted this precious chalice and paten from long time family friend, Rev. Inverso, when he discovered that I was studying for the Roman Catholic priesthood. The chalice was specially made by Adrian Hamers in Larchmont, NY as a modified version of their Edwardian chalice with an Amethyst node. The Amethyst had to be carefully selected so that it would not crack under the pressure of assembly. Rev. Inverso had himself received the chalice and paten as a gift with the provision that he would one day pass it on to a brother priest upon his ordination. He was delighted to give it to me out of love for my mother (with whom he had worked for many years) and family. I knew that Vecere Jewelers would be the best place to take such a valuable and precious gift for engraving because they would pay particular attention to the instructions I gave as well as match the style of engraving already present on the chalice. Bob Vecere personally delivered the chalice to a hand engraving luthier who matched the existing text perfectly. Vecere's attention to detail was impeccable and the level of service I received for such a special gift was above and beyond. I knew I wanted a Tacori ring, and Vecere Jewelers was one of the authorized Tacori retailers in my area. My fiancé purchased my ring here, and Ryan guided us with his expertise. He took his time, made the experience enjoyable, and never made us feel rushed.

When my fiancé proposed, I noticed the ring felt noticeably loose on my finger, which made me worry about it slipping off. We decided to return to Vecere Jewelers, where Sean assisted us. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and recommended that we come back during the summer months to check the fit again. In the meantime, he provided a temporary solution by adding a ring adjuster to help with the fit as we transition into Pennsylvania’s humid months. Now, my ring fits much better, and we’ll see if resizing is necessary.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience! My fiancé has been here three times now, and each time, he says it’s been amazing. I’m so glad I found this local gem and look forward to purchasing more items from them in the future. It’s rare to find a place I genuinely trust, and I truly value their honesty...

If I could give -5 stars, I would. Worst Jewlers I have ever been to. Took my BRAND NEW $400 citizen watch for my wife to get engraved for my wedding. They first engraved on the plastic backing, yes the plastic backing! Took it back to have them engrave where they should have and got the watch back totally scratched and engraving is slanted. The whole watch is cosmetically ruined. The owner of the store wouldn't fess up to doing it and kept going in circles. He pretty much said he didn't want to say it was their fault. Reluctantly refunded money. DO NOT GO HERE!! They run a bad business and will ruin anything you bring to them. Didn't even try to give me money back for scratches...
