The sushi I ordered for a total of 3 people was put in one container. one person is vegan due to Allergies. The restaurant argued the sushi was not touching so the person would be fine. Obviously they are ignorant to how allergies work and I refuse to take risks with my sons life. In the photo you can see that isn't the case. Thanks for ruining our New Years Eve dinner my son had nothing to eat. Fast forward to April we tried these guys again and they simply refuse to edit their dishes to your tastes. I won’t be burned a 3rd time for sure. I will never order from these guys again, they obviously don’t put the guest first.

Where this place underwhelms you with the look of the restaurant, they make up for it with the quality and price of the food. I went at lunch time so prices were reduced but still. For $10.95, I got a full bento box consisting of shumai dumplings, seaweed salad, miso soup, spicy tuna roll, white rice and garlic chicken. I mean you just can’t beat that. I wish the tuna roll was not puréed but overall it was really good.

Nice quiet place, waitress working solo, very friendly and nice, she was also quite busy. Ordered the spicy diced vegetable with chicken, quite good, pricing very fair, will likely be back. Next time I think I will try the white rice instead of the fried rice. Update Wednesday 7/26 at 2:30pm: Both front doors were locked and no one answered the phone, no sign on doors, why are they closed during normal business hours?

I've been going to this restaurant since it has opened and while years ago I would have totally viewed this establishment as a great dining experience I will have to say my last 2 experiences have led me to remove this place from my list of potential eateries.

One recent visit I was told there was no dinner combination option when this is something I've ordered in-house many times in the past. While dining I heard the hostess take 2 separate orders with the combinations and someone seated near me had 3 combinations served at their table.

I will disclose I am a person of ethnicity and believe that my casual dress and racial heritage may have played a role in why I may have been denied my request.

My last visit I just ordered takeout (because if anyone has experience what they feel is racial discrimination; they may understand why one may not feel so comfortable dining in a particular establishment) I had some items missing and the attendant emptied out my bag in disbelief that something could be missing on their account. It was quickly resolved, however the exchange wasn't exactly friendly. I also was told that they do not have spicy mustard despite having ordered there MANY times and gotten it.

Unfortunately poor establishments who serve "exotic" foods thrive in Lancaster County; As a well traveled "foodie" and a person of "mixed origin" I have had a LOT of good food locally but I've also seen places start to shift trends and offer poor ingredients after establishing a reputation.

If you are not from Lancaster please understand most locals are brought up eating PA Dutch (bland and overcooked) style food, so simply adding a dash of soy sauce, garlic, and onion is enough to simply stun the customers, people with developed palettes may find this...

UPDATE: sorry to see something so essential as a “House salad” is not available. A simple bed of lettuce with delicious ginger dressing is my favorite way to start a sushi dinner experience. Not sure why this is absent from the menu and I hope they will reconsider offering this refreshing menu item!

UPADATE APRIL 2023: Still can’t bring myself to go elsewhere…although I’ve dabbled in some others in Lancaster when joining an invite, I keep coming back. At literally HALF THE PRICE of other sushi restaurants I just can’t deny I’ve found my sushi home. I love this place so much I came back to review again…and that means something!!!

Original review: Consistently great sushi. Always friendly staff. They understand customer service. Sushi is fresh and beautifully presented. Generous portions and fair prices. I use to be an Ichban fan, but I have to say this place has surpassed them for my top place for sushi in Lancaster.

They always throw in something extra on the house with my bigger orders. They have an incredible lunch special on select sushi rolls. 3 rolls for $10! And they have that same special on Saturday as well which you don't usually get at restaurants. Don't pass this place by. It's a...

Been coming here for years but the past few months the lady who takes the phone orders has become quite rude. She insists that I cannot order house duck sauce with my crispy noodles yet the guy who takes the order always lets me so it’s clearly doable. It’s something they make and hand out to the tables when you dine in so It can’t be that hard to put some in a container to go (as they have many times for me). I pay for the crispy noodles in my takeout order as expected. Why can’t they just charge a fee for the house duck sauce like they do for everything else? Nonetheless, anytime I call, this becomes a small argument over SAUCE. I’m directed to get the packets which taste completely different and are awful. Today I got the guy on the phone and was excited to get my sauce without an argument. Well… no sauce… just packets. My crispy noodles and egg rolls were dry without them. It honestly just blows my mind that they hold this sauce hostage for takeout orders. I’ll be looking for a new Chinese restaurant in the area that doesn’t make this a huge deal and is nicer to...
