I am a door dasher, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a Burger King. When I pulled up to the drive-through to pick up my order, I was told to please wait. I waited about 3 to 4 minutes. Then the employee said he could not find my order later realizing that he wasn’t looking at the screen correctly. He told me that my order was being worked on and if I could please wait at the front of the building. I waited for about 10 minutes and no one came to my car. I then called the store to check on the status of my order. The employee who answered the phone was very loud and rude and told me that she was not understanding my question. So I repeated myself and she told me that “no you need to come into the store”completely contradicting what the other employee told me. I go inside to pick up my order the cashier turns around and tells the cooks to go ahead and start it. So that goes to show that the initial person I spoke with gave me incorrect information because apparently they did not even start working on my order. As I’m waiting I’m hearing the employees complain that they have to work double shifts and that they are short staffed. The cashier then told me that the frozen Coke was not available and that I need to call the individual who ordered on DoorDash to see if they would like cherry as a replacement. I initially told her I couldn’t hear her, and told her I couldn’t hear her. Then I saw her whisper something into her employees ear and chuckled before repeating herself to me. As if she made a sinister comment about me to her. I’ve gone to several other Burger King’s and I had no issue picking up a door Dash order through the drive-through. Also they were not busy there was only one car ahead of me and there was no reason that I waited so long for this order. I would personally never want to go to this Burger King. Very...

I just got back from eating at Manor shopping center (across planet fitness)
I always try my best to be understanding to the employees and managers of fast food. Seeing how bad the recent couple years has hit us.
As i was waiting in line, i saw a drive thru customer storm in trying to keep his composure as he asks for the manager to tell them they got the order wrong. (In my head i felt like tonight will be one of those nights where everyone is tired and just wants to go home. Trust me; i get it and i will never hold that against anyone ever.)
When i ordered the cashier was very cool, took my order no problem.
As i got my food, i saw that my order was wrong. There was ketchup, (i cant eat ketchup for medical reasons)
I went to the front and told them i only wanted lettuce, the manager sighed out of frustration but got my order corrected. When i ate my food, i noticed that there was a bullet hole on one of the windows. Then a group of thug wannabes came in to order food only to start harassing and bullying the cashier.
The one star is not towards the people working there, this one star is towards the conditions this restaurant is now in. 3 years ago it wasnt this run down. Now everytime i walk in, ive noticed how ghetto this place has become and honestly feel like the employees and manager dont get paid enough to deal with such...

I’ve had some bad fast food experiences, but this Burger King took it to a whole new level of incompetence. We went through the drive-thru—you know, the thing designed for cars to drive through—and somehow, everything was backwards, inside out, and upside-down. It was like stepping into some kind of alternate reality where logic and basic customer service ceased to exist.
First off, the layout made absolutely no sense. It was as if whoever designed the drive-thru was playing a cruel joke, because somehow, we ended up being yelled at for blocking traffic—despite being the only ones going the correct way. Apparently, the employees were running their own personal version of road rules, and we weren’t invited. Instead of directing us or fixing the issue, they just shouted at us like we were the problem.
And the food? Let’s just say it matched the experience. Burgers looked like they’d been drop-kicked, wrappers were half-ripped before we even touched them, and the fries had the warmth and texture of something left under a heat lamp since yesterday. At this point, I wouldn’t have been surprised if the soda came carbonated backwards.
Whoever is running this place either doesn’t care or is actively trying to make customers regret their decisions. If you like confusion, cold food, and being berated for following basic traffic laws, by all means, give this Burger King a visit....
