I'll cover the customer service then food. I placed my order at 7:45 Sept. 23rd. The lady at the counter said my order would be ready in 20 minutes...ok cool. So I figured I would have time to run a few errands and come back and my food would be ready. I went and got gas on I35 at Murphy's which took about 15 minutes, then I went to Chicken Express which took another 15 minutes. I headed back to pick up my order and when I got there my order still was not ready. The lady at the counter said it would be a few more minutes. Ok cool. So I went next door to the Dollar store to get a few items and came back. Guess what? Order still not ready so she goes to the back and checks on my order and then a man returns and says You got to understand that it takes time because it has to go on the grill and walks back into the kitchen. No apology..NOTHING! I said it's almost been an hour though..45 minutes exact. So my order comes out, the lady bags it up and flings the handle of the bag towards me. Soooo were you upset at me for inquiring about my order which was quoted that it would take 20 minutes and I patiently waited an additional 25? THAT WAS SO UGLY...DO BETTER. FOOD: I ordered the Birria tacos(I guess that's how you spell it) were really good. Just disappointed with the customer service and reading the responses to the reviews that it will be a while before this 1st time...
Read moreThis place has gone down. The owner/ manager must be hard up fir money because he is stealing from his customers. He has a signed on the register that there is a minimum of $5 when using a card. That is not a problem. But wait he is also charging a additional charges outside of taxes. For example I am not the smartest but I am not the dumbest either I can count a little at least my master degree says I can ( lol). But anyway back to the point. I placed a order for 10 tacos at $1 dollar a piece . So that means my total should be $10 plus tax which is $10.83 right! Well according to these guys it is $11.20, but when I question what else is being charged I got a attitude and a smart remark from the owner/ manager I didn’t get a name because they don’t have name tags on. He was like well it’s just $1 dollar for the taco. I explain that it’s wasn’t about that it was he first lied and tried to tell me that the amount was taxes. I . asked was he charging for using a card he said no but in fact he was . I said you shouldn’t be taken advantage of your customers. This place is shady and not honest. If you are add additional charges you should post it so the customer can decide if they ok paying you additional to use their card when they meet your first requirement. Make sure to look at...
Read moreMy husband is a regular customer, our recent visit was not so great, I found hair in my food, I immediately called to inform about my discovery, the owner didn’t apologize he only mentioned how his cooks wears hair nets, like it was impossible for that to happen, however the ladies at the register don’t wear hair nets, upon customer request they will open your food for customers to check their order, “maybe that’s how it got in there”, anyway the owner agreed to replace my order but I guess picking it up a week later is a no no! my husband called before coming to make sure it was okay to still replace the order since a week had almost passed.. the owner replied over the phone he usually don’t replace orders but because my husband is a regular he will honor his request..when my husband got there to pick up the replacement order, the owner mentioned again what was discussed over the phone while other customers were there,..“we are not kids” I felt like we were being reprimanded..the owner had an aggressive and rebuttal attitude.. that is not the attitude to have.. just apologize and keep it moving instead of going back and forward with...
