Win Hing Restaurant — Restaurant in Lancaster

I went inside to place an order. The lady at the front was rude as usual. I ordered and she put it in the computer. When I went to pay she said we dont take American Express. I told her the sticker on the door said you did. I told her I would go to the ATM and come back. When I came back about 15 minutes later she asked what did I want to order. I told her I already ordered and had to go get cash. She says she canceled my order and it would be another 10 minutes. She said that people come, place orders and never come back. Ok, they probably do but in that case you tell them that they need to pay at the time of order. Not cancel my order and tell me when I get back. Also, its no different then me calling a order in on the phone. Its not required that I pay then. What is stopping me from calling in and never coming to get it? At most they will just block my number. I tolerate the lady at the register because they are conveniently located and the food is pretty good but I will not be...

In the past, I have actually really enjoyed the food here. It used to be my go to for Chinese food in Lancaster, but I went last night and the food was absolutely awful. The food was dry, the beef in the beef and broccoli dish was so tough I couldn’t chew it. There was no seasoning whatsoever in any of the dishes I ordered and it tasted as if the fried rice was sitting under a hot light for some time which might have explained why there weren’t any customers in the restaurant. Lastly, customer service and being friendly has never been a strong area at this restaurant, but I’m almost willing to tolerate the attitude if the food is spectacular, but unfortunately it’s not. FIRST TIME THERE AND WHEN I TELL YOU NEVER TO GO THERE!!!!!!!!!! I ORDERED MY FOOD AND WHEN IT WAS DONE, WENT TO THE COUNTER TO GET MT FOOD. STARTED TO GO THROUGH MY BAG AND I WAS TAKING OUT THE DUCK SAUCE CAUSE I DIDN'T WANT IT. THAT'S WHEN I SAW THE ROACH WALKING ACROSS THE COUNTER. THAT'S WHEN I ASK THE GUY AT THE FRONT TO GIVE ME A REFUND AND HE ASK ME WHY. I SAID CAUSE I'M LOOKING AT A ROACH WALKING ACROSS THE COUNTER. SO HE TURNS AROUND AND TELL THE LADY THAT I WANTED A REFUND AND SHE ASK WHY. HE SAY'S CAUSE SHE SEEN A ROACH AS IF THAT WAS NORMAL OR OKAY AND SHE TOOK HER TIME GIVING ME A REFUND..
