If i could give this location 0 stars i would. It is sad that one experience ruined this chain for me and my family as a whole. I am all about exceptional customer service, but this was everything but. My family frequented this location 2 weeks ago for take out. Once getting home we realized that we were shorted wings on the 10 piece combos (received 8). Granted we do not live in the Lancaster area, i simply called to complain about the order we received. A team member was very courteous and assured us that the next time we visited this location, the combos would be replaced. She took my name and number and that was that. We are a wing loving family so prior to this incident, we would find our-self here quite often. Sure enough the following weekend we wanted wings so i decided to call in an order as usual. THE DAY SHIFT MANAGER FROM OPENING TO 5 PM IS THE REASON THAT WING WORLD WILL NEVER RECEIVE OUR BUSINESS AGAIN! Granted we were only to receive one combo for free, i had several wing orders that would be purchased, for it has never been an issue bringing my business to this location without expecting FREE FOOD. however, the DAY SHIFT MANAGER FROM OPENING TO 5PM was extremely rude and showed no empathy regarding the compensation for the wings we were literally cheated out of. though they were only two, they were payed for and it made me extremely upset being that we always bring this location business.; I was so upset that i took my business to the wing stop across the street. i was willing to pay almost twice the price i would have paid at wing world than to give them one penny of my money. i just feel that it was extremely unethical the way she handled the situation and lacked professionalism. Customer service is lacking severely, in the last 2 times I have placed orders over the phone they employees are terrible. They do not pay attention when you are placing an order, having you repeat multiple times. Today I order a 50 piece and was only getting 4 flavors, as I am stating the 4th flavor to the woman, she stops me and says i cannot get more than 4 flavors, so i tell her that was all i was getting and tell her all the flavors again. And then I have to again repeat the flavors and amounts of each one. At the beginning of the call she states I have to pay over the phone, which i told her I knew and would. At the end of the call she asks if I am paying in person or over the phone. I said if I could pay on person i would prefer that to giving my card information to over the phone. She then takes the name and tries to end the call, I asked how long and she states that i have to pay first. I ask her why she even offered paying in person if I have to pay over the phone and I has already stated i would pay. She of course had no response and just rudely asked if i was paying. I give her the card number and again have to ask how long. Now having your customers give the card number over the phone is a risk that most places of business quit. The young man on the phone told me I was ok, I can pay at pickup and my order will be ready in 15 minutes. During our conversation I had to stop and ask did he feel like being at work due to his tone over the phone. Nonetheless, I get there 20 minutes after the 15 minutes, my order wasn’t ready. The cashier went to the back and then came told me 5 minutes. Ok I waited 10 minutes or so passed I asked was my order ready since I saw walk ins getting their order that just placed before me. She went back and checked, came back no answer. The cashier went back again checking on the order still nothing. The order actually never been made. A young man comes out I ask how long will my order be he said 10 minutes. I watch him go to the back and do nothing.
