Placed order for delivery through the app, i ordered the Ultimate bundle and upgraded my pizzas to large. In the app, there was an offer for 25%off for delivery which took $8 off my total, and my card covered the remainder. The driver comes to the door and says there's a $8 balance. I said idk how that's possible because my card was charged for the total less the 25% discount. She said I can't deliver the pizza until the balance is paid. I said if the order wasn't covered by the payment method, it wouldn't have processed. She said she was gonna go back to the store. I asked if she was taking the pizza back, which she said yes because of the balance. Then she said I can call the store and she'll wait for the manager to tell her what to do. I started calling the store. She left. I spoke with the manager, "Trey" who went back & forth with me about the matter. I explained the app doesn't have an option for partial payments and I can't manually adjust to pay everything but $8. In a very annoyed tone, he agreed to send it back out. I got the order, now barely warm, and there's two barely cut mediums, instead of the two large I paid extra for. I called the store, was on hold for 18 mins with people picking up the line, and immediately placing it back on hold. When "Trey" finally picked up the phone, I explained i received medium pizzas. He asked me to describe the box, which i did. After several seconds of silence, he claimed that was the large box. I told him, I know it isn't the large box, and I measured the pizzas before I called to make sure i wasn't tripping. Again, annoyed at THEIR mistake, he cut me off and said "I'll credit $6 to the number." I mentioned i also didn't receive the sauces with the order, to which he responded "$7." This entire experience was ridiculously frustrating. It isn't my fault your system screwed something up. it isn't my fault you had to come to work. It isn't my fault that you're dishonest and made the wrong...
Read moreTo actually pay attention to the curbside pick up notifications. Yesterday I ordered a pizza, ready time was 5:30pm. I checked in at 5:25, pressed I'm here. Cut my blinkers on in the parking lot to easily identify my vehicle, that I also put in the description while checking out. I sat there for 10 minutes. Hit im here again, no one came. I called the restaurant. It took me to a pizza hut ad, then after a little while the phone just hung up. I called again, the phone rang, ad played, then just hung up for a second time. I go in there stand at the counter which I was trying to extremely avoid, as to why I selected curbside pickup, plus I had to work. The guy at the front continues doing what he's doing. Then he just walks around to the register says nothing at all, just looks at me. I told him I been sitting outside waiting for my order. He ask my name I tell him Jeffrey. He just goes and grabs the already made pizza that's just been sitting in the oven hands it to me, doesn't say anything at all. No "sorry", no "I apologize", no "thank you have a nice day" nothing. I ended up being late for work from a pizza that was already and just sitting in the oven. Pizza Hut, what's the point of having curbside pick up, if the order isn't brought to customer by the curb for pick up? I would've been better off not selecting that option and just going inside in the first place. I'm probaly not going to order from not only this location, but any Pizza Hut for a while. This isn't the first with not so good customer service. I really thought you guys had better customer service than most. Guess I was wrong. You guys were my favorite Pizza chain of...
Read moreSo I have ordered from this place many times… We have a Domino’s as well as Papa John’s in the area, but after having a few issues with those joints, Pizza Hut is more tolerable. At one point, they were actually pretty good.. But then when the Management changed, so did this location. Don’t get me wrong, I believe a job should be fun, I mean it’s pizza! But when you got people in the back playing around and dropping pizza, taking slices from orders (eating others food) then it can be a problem. I’ve personally witnessed people standing around, complaining to the point of nearly ready to fight.. Sometimes I’ve driven across Dallas to get food elsewhere. There are times where someone shows up and ready to work, and you actually get a good pizza order. Not all have been bad and prior to leaving reviews, I didn’t think to take pics. I actually can’t say that I would not buy from them again, but I will take pics if need be. Then I’ll post an update. For now, they’re the closest to my home and usually when I get off, I am dog tired and just deal with having uneven cut slices because of someone deciding to take a slice from my order. It usually isn’t obvious because they cut it in such a way that they can push pieces together and make it LOOK like they didn’t cut a slice in half… Like having 8 slices and then they slice one of the 8 in half and take from it. I’m sure you get the picture, but this is what they do. It’s still good, but they cheat you out of a full pizza at times. Anywho, I’ll be...
