Boba Cha Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Lancaster

Decent boba, service was very immature. Young Asian girl at the counter, blonde, sharp bangs, spent most of her time flirting and making eyes with a group of boys (more specially one of the 3 boys in the group) clearly they liked each other, cute and all- but she repeatedly ignored customers, failed to give back change, continuously cut customers off as they were ordering to look at or speak to the boy. I waited about 15-20 minutes for my drink and this went on the entire time. I understand teenagers will be teenagers, love and feelings are exciting! But there was just no guidance here.
