We visited this McDonald’s today in Lancaster New Hampshire at 4:45 PM. We had to order via the kiosk only. There was no counter help. After plqcing our order for medium coffee and medium shamrock shake and large french fries for $11 it took 30 minutes before it was even ready!! We stood there waiting and waiting. The restaurant was filthy. They begin asking us if this was our order (brought one item at a time) as they placed a Shamrock shake on the counter. It was slowing beginning to melt as we waited for the coffee and large fries. The LARGE fries were not even 1/2 full for $3.99. When we asked if this was a large fly who would answered with “that’s what you ordered” and they walked away. The shamrock shake was now half melted. It was like drinking a melted store brand of mint chocolate ice cream, very disgusting 🤢. I ended up throwing that away. What a waste of another $3.99. This must be the worst McDonald’s in New England. I couldn’t even get the attention of a staff worker never mind a manager. I don’t think I will ever go back to this location in Lancaster...
Read moreIt was late, I was hungry, and nothing else was open in my small town so I took a chance with McDonald's. I ordered a Quarter Pounder with Cheese with extra onions. I learned that the Quarter Pounder on up (i.e. the more expensive burger sandwiches) actually are made with fresh beef and can be cooked to order, whereas the beef used for the single hamburger and cheeseburger is already frozen. I ordered my burger well done and figured I'd get a run-of-the-mill McDonald's burger. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my burger was well done, had lots of onions, and actually tasted like the ones I used to cook (I hadn't eaten beef in years.) I definitely recommend the Quarter Pounder with Cheese. Just remember to tell the cashier that you want your burger...
Read moreThe store was super clean and the manager fixed the issues, if not I would only give 1 star. Several issues arose including ringing up the order and being charged twice-once at the kiosk and the other at the register-the cashier claimed that the order didnt go through so had us re-order, being overcharged when the cashier charged us for a large drink instead of a cup of water, being told that's the price of the cup and refusing to do anything about it.
