McDonald's — Restaurant in Lancaster

Had to give it a star to write this review, first of all I went at 1030pm on 8/20/17 no reason for my fries to be warm and stale, then young girl at the window acted like she didnt hear me think the horn or see me trying to wave her down but she walked right up to the coffee station by the drive through window and side eyed looked. Finally get a young man's attention tell him my fries are come he takes them back and huffs and puffs and says omg. I let that go but when I asked for a courtesy water cup cause I was waiting for so long the girl who was serving my food makes very ugly face expressions and starts rolling her eyes and her tone of voice changed she asked me to go sit in drive thru waiting but doesn't realize I can hear her and her co workers talking cause the window isn't closing all the way and one of them says ugh they doing too much. SO I GOT MY MONEY BACK. First of all if I'm paying for something I want it fresh and right. And if thats a problem then maybe you dont need to be working in fast food. the manager that night was very understanding about my issue but I'm sorry the crew members need to be retrained because obviously they dont appreciate their job. Especially when you work in customer service attitude needs to be in check smiles at all times and if a customer is difficult you ask a manager to take over common sense.

o yes can someone explain to me how come the girls hair was down the entire time making drinks and she kept playing in her hair and with her head set yet never once did i see her wash her hands I work in food and hair is supposed to always be up if your working anywhere near a open kitchen AND hands are to be washed anytime you change task and food preparation even pouring different drinks.

Well nope I will not ever come back here cause every time I do there's a problem. A few weeks ago stale fries and a burger with a hard bun which means it had been there for 2 hours, a month before that under cooked chicken nuggets, and before that hair in my McCafe coffee and it looked like pubic hair and it took me time to recover from that. But I'll go all the way by Walmart for McDonalds from now on cause I refuse to be served by people who dont want to...

Not too bad but needs improvement. Went inside to eat and had to order from the kiosk machine. There are four kiosks, three people were ordering from them but no employees are allowed to take orders from the front registers. There were 5 employees just talking in the front. They said they can only help you if you need help ordering from the kiosks (umm hope they know that those kiosk will replace them). Then after getting the food, one of the items ordered was a kids meal. I have a son and we recieved a girl toy. Asked to switch it for a boy toy and was told they cannot exchange them because they lose money. They even said that they are not even allowed to sell happy meal toys! .... then when I pointed to the item on the menu I was told to call a number and ask some corporate person why. I just dropped it and walk away but found it funny. The store was kind of clean but nothing like the photos the other person showed. The mens bathroom, looked like it hasn't been for a few hours. Advice for management/owners, you have too many employees doing nothing, absolutely nothing. Review your camera footage of the lobby and it is clear as day. Maybe also give your employees some sort of bonus for having or attempting to give good customer service. I mean the bar can't go much lower there but I know I will pass on...

There is something about this specific McDonalds that is terribly wrong. Every time I have gone there, I have had a terrible experience. No matter what I order, they always manage to mess it up. A few weeks ago, one of the assistant managers tried to convince me that the value menu McDouble was actually the Quarter Pounder I had ordered.

There have been several times when they have simply run out of fries; not that they didn't have any ready, but they had 0 fries in the entire restaurant and had to wait for a shipment.

This last time was the last straw for me. I picked up my wife at 3:30 am and she wanted McDonalds. I tried to order at the drive-thru but the lispy little prick couldn't take my order because "the system was down", and he asked me to wait 25 minutes. So I waited in the parking lot for 25 minutes like a chump. But I entered the drive-thru again and ordered a Big mac for me and some mighty Wings for my wife... except now the lispy little prick refused to take our order because starting at 4:00 am, they only...
