Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lansdowne

Not out for morning coffee often but I tend to gravitate towards this Dunkin when I am. Everyone is always friendly, even during/right after the morning rush, it's clean, organized, everyone is attentive, it's easy to smile and talk with patrons and staff during the time in there....just good vibes. This morning I came in and was there for maybe 3 minutes waiting on a mobile order before someone behind the counter figured something was up. Once he asked what my name and order was, we realized someone walked off with it. That's fine, it happens... it's early, people are in a rush and running on autopilot, no big deal at all, I thought I was just waiting anyway lol. The staff were apologetic even though the mix up was beyond their control. They remade my order so fast that I wouldnt have noticed it wasn't the original order. They were all so sweet and so kind in the midst of morning chaos and caring for the other patrons. Wonderful experience when things go right and still wonderful even when things go wrong...definitely my favorite...

I wish I could give zero stars. My experience here with my family was horrible. The wait was very long. We were waiting in line for about 15-20 mins! They were moving so slow and had one person at the register. To top it all off, they were yelling at the customers as they gave them their food and drinks. When we finally got our stuff after waiting practically ever since we got there, we were disappointed. My mother’s hash browns were crumbled up as if someone squeezed them, instead of giving her the croissant sandwich like she asked, they gave her a bagel sandwich? And my matcha latte didn’t have much matcha. It was more like milk in a cup! This was one of the worst Dunkins I’ve ever been to! I’m disgusted at the service we received and have no intention of returning!...

This dunkin really sucks! I think I won't be patronizing this spot anymore. I'll drive the extra time to go to another or I'll settle for WAWA. Some of the workers in here are rude. The manager who wears the glasses not sure if she's a manager but I absolutely like her. She gave me my free donut when I forgot to add it on my order for free donut Wednesday. I ordered my coffee through the app so the donut was free nonetheless. It was a mistake on my end I just asked can I still receive it and the cashier said what do I want her to do if I forgot to add it. Why answer me like that? And the guy with the glasses...
