7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Lansing

Coffee is fine; but they need to do something about the traffic they definitely need to set up something better with their drive thru. Their customers are continuously blocking the entrance and blocking people into parking spaces and nobody can get through the parking lot because they don’t have anybody or anything telling people where to go so the customers are just all over the place making it hard for everybody else that is in that plaza to get in and out. It’s ridiculous, That plaza was already bad enough as it was, and people aren’t exactly bright so they haven’t figured out the right way to line up, or that the entrance to the left is one way it is an entrance NOT AN EXIT AND NOT A DRIVE THRU If people were actually smart enough to line up down the right hand side in the big open parking lot instead of in front of all the other businesses where it’s already crowded enough it wouldn’t be so bad. I guess it’s true what they say; common sense isn’t so common because these people are not...

I've never had a problem with 7 brew but the last few times I got my usual carmel macchiato which has clear carmel syrup and carmel drizzle. There has been a couple times that it came with no carmel drizzle. I asked them about it because I know it has both carmels in it. you can clearly see the carmel drizzle at the bottom every time I've gotten it. They told me it was mixed in which it wasn't because you don't mix a macchiato and it wasn't mixed when she gave it to me. They need to have consistency. 2 weeks ago my friend had her drink made wrong and quite a few people in line had there's wrong as well. One of the girls (Worker) did go in and ask whats going on in people are complaining the drinks arent being made right. When they first opened they had it all together and on top of things. This morning July 2,2025 the staff looked like zombies and acted like they didnt want to be there. I don't know what's happening but they need to get a handle on things before...

I'm not a coffee drinker but had to check out this place because every time I drive by it, there is always a line. I'm like I have to see what is all this excitement is about. Let me tell you I love this place. I can't remember what I got the first time I think it was the Brunette (i wish the app would tell everything you have gotten instead of your last recent visit) and I also gotten the Mocha Chiller (which is very similar to a Frappe) and I am hooked. Amazing job on keeping both lines going quickly as possible because when you first pull up you are like I'm not sure I want to wait this long but you don't wait long at all. A shout out to the working girls from Iowa! The only issue I would state is the parking lot there is an area that is gravel and has dips in it and have to be careful with the car.
