I ordered chicken and wild rice soup on line at 11:57 a.m., requesting a 12:40 p.m., pick up I received an alert at 12:34 that the order was ready. After waiting in the drive through line for approximately 15 minutes, I get to the check out only for the male to tell me that he does not know why the website let me order as they ran out of the chicken and wild rice soup earlier in the morning. I asked for a refund, so he told me it would take up seven business days. I said okay..... can you offer a complimentary something for not having what I ordered, yet sending me emails that my order is ready in addition to me wasting my 1/2 lunch time. So I then ask the rustic potato soup and he said yeah we can do that. Next thing I know the manager (assuming) tells me that they refunded the money and it will take 3-5 business days. I said okay what about the rustic potato soup, and she said what about it, I said the male that was at the window initially told me could "give" me the rustic potato soup. She looked annoyed and told him in a tone " go ahead and fix her the soup". She then walked away. I don't feel like I had to asked for something complimentary, they should have offered. At any rate this is two cents. I couldn't give more that one star because of her attitude and the way he look dumb founded as if he did not tell me that....

I’ve been a delivery driver and I understand when things get busy, you sometimes have to take 3+ orders on one run. I also get that you tend to earn more money when you put the people that already left you a good pre-tip on a credit card to the back of your route, giving those who are undetermined a chance to actually give you money when you arrive in a timely manner with their order.
In “no-contact delivery” circumstances, every other place/service I have ordered delivery from or worked for still requires the driver to acknowledge receipt before leaving. This lady rang my doorbell and walked off without making sure I was satisfied
I was the fourth stop on this drivers route. I ordered Mac and cheese and a frozen beverage, and included a $5 pre tip. By the time she showed up with my order, my drink had melted and there was no straw. Tried calling the store only to be disconnected. The food was still warm but the route the driver took made zero sense. They went way east of the store before turning around and passing the store to go west of it. Read morePlaced an online order, took 30 to 40 minutes to receive order which was told to me when I placed it. That was not the issue. When order arrived, half of my order was missing. Called the store, accidentally hit the wrong option. Instead of transferring me to the right option/person I was told to hang up and call back. Strike one! Called back, explained the issue was told they would have the rest of my order sent to me right away, would take about 15 minutes. 30 minutes later rest of order still had not arrived. Strike two!! Tried calling the store again. Called 3 times and each time the phone rang and no one would pick up. Strike three!!! Finally called the corporate number. The representative I spoke too also tried calling the store. She could not reach them either. Because of mine and her frustration I did get a refund from the corporate office. Never heard from the store, 2 hours later, the rest of my order arrived. No door bell ring, nothing to tell me they were here. They placed my food on my porch and left. The only reason I knew it was even there, is because I happened to walk onto my living room and saw the car pull out of my driver way. Great customer service, NOT!!!!
