BIGGBY COFFEE — Restaurant in Lansing

I recently moved to the area, and this location is so close to me. So I was excited about that, because I love coffee and lattes. However I have had nothing but negative experiences. And I have given it a handful of chances. Mostly when I get the lattes, they are cold in the middle. I even returned one at one time letting them know that it was cold in the middle, so they ended up giving me the largest size possible, which I didn't really want but I understood the the gesture. So that one was even colder inside. And I do order a hot latte. I always have to ask for one of the sleeves, when they give me a hot drink. The cup is hot, but often the very inside is cold, but I would think that asking for a sleeve is not necessary, they should automatically put one on. Also, the place runs really slow, I once had some time to spare and I ended up waiting in line 15 minutes, only behind 2 cars, ultimately I left before even placing an order in the Drive-Thru, as did 2 cars behind me. The last time I went there, I ordered a latte, and it was so water down and just tasted awful. Won't be returning. Just seems like a very illegitimate coffee-shop considering how poorly they make their drinks. Would much rather make the drive...

It really depends on if the kind barista is in when you go. I used to absolutely love this location but there is a Dirty Blonde hair blue eyed barista who is kind of older looking. She was extremely rude about remaking my drink. I walked in and politely mentioned the drink wasn’t made properly ( I ordered extra flavor because I don’t like the strong coffee taste and she put the extra flavor in my moms drink not mine) she was extremely rude about it and STILL didn’t put the extra flavor into the drink. I left instead of asking her to make a 3rd drink and I will not be back to this location, I actually want a refund and would like corporates contact information because that attitude and behavior was unacceptable! Makes me not want to ever leave a tip again bc they did NOT deserve it! The service at this store has gone extremely downhill. The food used to be made properly now they just slap everything on there when it’s handed to me it’s falling apart and barely any cream cheese half a strip of bacon on the bragel … it’s so disappointing because this location USED to be the BEST. Only 3 of the staff ive dealt with in the last year have been 'pleasant'. It was decent service in the beginning if i was getting a normal mocha. Recently, at another lansing location, I ordered what the latte of the day was and it became my new favorite go to. Ive tried to order it at this location a couple of times to use up the coupons they've given me. It is different every time I order it and its never what it should be. Normally they end up giving me a mocha instead of what I ordered and just shrug it off and tell me to have a good day if i say something. Today i ordered the same thing giving them 1 more chance with my last coupon but today I received some type of drink with hazelnut in it. While I'm not allergic, I can not stand the taste of hazelnut and wasted $6. Will not be back now that the coupons...
