Baryames Tuxedo and Suit — Attraction in Lansing Charter Township

Brendon is the absolute best and should be recognized as such! A few weeks ago he got me and my boyfriend fitted and looking good for a wedding within seven days of the event, and helped us take advantage of every deal and discount he could offer!

We tried on and picked up our stuff the day before the wedding and my bf managed to forget his shoes at the store - instead of being out of luck and buying new shoes on our way out of state for the wedding, Brendon met us AFTER the store had closed to drop off my boyfriend's shoes to us. Who offers that type of care and attention these days? Brendon does :)

Sometimes they can get a bit busy and you may have to wait a moment (they have 4 fitting rooms and 2 attendants), but for good reason. When we were there I could not believe how many people were coming in to pick up and drop off - all seemed quite happy with the process, including myself. If I was in a hurry I'm sure I could have spoken to Brendon and arranged a specific time to come back to avoid waiting in line, but the wait wasn't long and it can be fun chatting with others about the fun events they are preparing for.

My daughter, her fiancé and I had our consultation last night with Baryames Tuxedo at the Lansing location. Worked with Brenden., he was excellent, walked us through the whole process and put a mannequin together for us so we could visualize how the tux would be for the groom and his party members. He made me (the mother of the bride) always feel welcome at this meeting even said he loved when the mothers got involved. You can not go wrong with Baryames Tuxedo, I have always shopped there for prom season always worked with Omar in Okemos and they have always given me 100% service, I was nervous when I found out they were closing their Okemos location but then felt relieved when I found out that they were just consolidating their stores and moving to the Lansing location. Sad to see Omar from the Okemos location has chosen to move on but he gave me Brenden as a contact person for the Lansing location, didn’t think there could be another person like Omar but was very happy to find out that Brenden stepped up to the plate just fine. I will continue to shop with Baryames Tuxedo in the future especially after attending 2 bridal shows this past summer and having such a poor first impression from Men’s Wearhouse booth. The handling of errors is terrible!!!! Their manager will come to your HOME and deliver letters to your children if their is any error with your rental. Heaven forbid you have a child’s suit returned that was confused with another child. They will threaten you with police action regardless of your communication to fix any errors. Completely unprofessional. Don't waste your time or hard earned money. Lesson learned, go to a professional establishment for your special day needs.

Edited to add: In response to your comment, WE have talked a few times and I in fact called you the last time to inform you I was still tracking down the items with other people in the wedding party whom also have work schedules which I explained as well. All the other garments came back in the order correct???? So for you to insinuate that items were stolen from you is at minimal, highly offensive. You could’ve called easily especially since I have been communicating with you thieve last few weeks. Again, you handled this by coming to my home and handing my 6 year old a letter “give this to your mom”. This is an adult matter. You should have called and asked me to come up there if you needed to say anything to me. Not through my child....
